Gorgeous video of sculptor Beth Cavener by Bas Berkhout.
It’s beautiful to see how graceful she is when applying and spreading her clay. Mesmerizing.

I’ve got three pretty hand-built tumblers that are looking for homes! Gold shino and red iron oxide and yellow salt and each one is a little bit different! They’re 8 inches tall and they are STURDY LADIES! They’re $25 each! DM if you’re interested!

I’ve been calling this gal my •sister pot• she feels like the first self-portrait I’ve done in a few years she is shapely and round and lumpy and dark this mama is not for sale, and she’s still telling me about herself, how we are similar, and what I’m supposed to learn from her

one of my very favorites from the last firing I rubbed this puppy down with red iron oxide, then poured light yellow salt on the exterior the interior is a beautiful tenmoku blue/black, which looks so infinite and mysterious to me

these lil spro cups are a perfect set! these pups are $8 each, or a pair for $15 each one is lumpy in its own special way; no two looks quite alike! mix and match, or get a pair!

lil penguin pot on the other side of the fire! I love how the red iron oxide settles into the nooks, cracks, and crannies of the surface The interior is tenmoku black and is ~so glossy~
