Ever since the day Joey had learned what their father was willing to sacrifice for Deathstroke the Terminator, Addie had made a point to avoid uttering that name as much as possible. She never revealed to Grant that the mercenary he idolized in secret was the man he hated most of all. Grant would never know just how much like their father he had become. Or how much he fell short.

Joey is shaken from his thoughts by Dick shushing him, of all things. The whole thing is so absurd that Joey can’t help but roll his eyes.
