Hello again everyone its the creator of merevent, bringing back war of fangs a bit late for halloween but close enough.

Unfortunately I will be working extra hard as an actor in a hayride the end of this month when typically posts like this would be for so war of fangs will be returning beginning of November

From November 7th to 16th

This time as long as you're in theme of event, monsters you would see in a world with werewolves and vampires, any monster is okay!

Remember you can be a simple villager or monster hunter

Will there be a steampunk event 2? If so, when will it be? I really enjoyed last year's-

Is there a date for a fateswap event? We only had roleswap this year ,sorry if Im wrong ,or are they basically the same thing? Im sorry if this sounds rude Im just curious (ps thanks for making this blog :3)

No problem! Always happy to help plus clashing events isn’t a great thing heckkk,,,

As for fateswap, I’m not sure myself. In the case of last year it was roleswap/fateswap, though the event itself was called roleswap. If you want to make a fateswap even though, go ahead and make one!! There’s no obligation to let someone else host it, it’s not a “oh i laid claim to this idea therefore it’s mine” kinda thing, so if you wanna host one there isn’t anyone to stop you and if there is then >:0

May I remind everyone that you need to send me your event promo posts or reserve a time slot for me to put yourself onto the calendar.

If you do an event and I do not see it because I am 1) out of the loop or 2) am not on Tumblr as often as you think, I will most likely not reblog or put it down into the calendar that I have set up out of the sheer problem that I do not know about it.

If someone is kind enough to send your event to me, so be it. But do not rely on your followers to do so for you, and inform me. This blog has dms that are open, or you can contact me via ask and tell me the tag and the name of the blog I should go to to find the promo post.

Please understand that I am only human and do not have the time to scroll through all the blogs to check for events, and it would help both the community and me greatly if you inform me about the events so I can put them down on the calendar. 

Should events clash because one party did not reserve or let me know about the event timing, while informing both parties are appreciated, please refrain from attacking one blog or the other. Informing politely would be appreciated, but do not attempt to make one blog change their date over the other, especially if one event has not been sent to me. Informing this blog would be the least you could do and I will handle things from there.

DETECTIVE JOJO! RHYME CITY POKEVENT JULY 7th - JULY 21st

Hello! Welcome to ~Rhyme City~ a city where humans and pokemon cohabitate the urban areas and live in harmony together. Come visit the many shops run by people and their partner Pokemon, take a walk through the bustling streets and watch the fearows perch along the telephone poles, live life be free meet all the other folks and their Pokemon in beautiful Rhyme!

Be sure not to hurt anyone else’s pokemon however! Only in legal battles between trainers are you allowed to engage in pokemon vs pokemon conduct (though i think you’ll find some tend to disregard this rule~). But come cohabitate and enjoy your life in Rhyme City!!

Rules: -No pedophilia/incest -No nsfw, this includes like subtext (sorry to be a nun but Pokemon is a child’s franchise) -No killing anyone elses pokemon -No gore (if i catch u goring i’m gunna have to pull out your ribs, er no uh put yer ribs back in!) -Generally be nice -NO SPOILING OF THE DETECTIVE PIKACHU MOVIE (idk why this would happen but i worry)

Do you know what the next event is following the standswap event?

So far there hasn’t been any other event that I have seen nor has anyone sent me one. So unfortunately, I’m not sure! If there is an event that’s coming up I would like to be notified even from those who aren’t modding, since I don’t know if my dash has covered it up.

For now though, there isn’t any event up to my knowledge! If there is, please inform me!

That’s not fair the overlap is at the end of the event and usually people don’t stick around the entire way through

Hi! It's been adjusted so there is no more overlap! Now the Standswap is starting on the 3rd so that it avoids clashing with War of Fangs. I understand the concern and why it is not fair and have worked with the mods to shift it back.
