Throwback to this Disco Orange Clutch that’s currently enroute to it’s new home 🧡 . I hope it brings much joy to the owner as it did when I handcrafted it. . When I screenprinted this design I let loose and was in full-on colour mode. I wanted all the joyful colours 😍literally! . You’d never believe my go-to print colours used to be black and white. I guess it was down to the fact that I create the majority of my artworks by painting with black indian ink on cartridge paper. . All about the details... I added some well needed colour to the new packaging postcards. They’re much lighter in weight as I opted for 💯 recycled paper...it’s a small price to pay but most definitely worth it! . Minimal packaging, maximal print and attention to details 💫 . I’ve been printing at home using my lovely custom stamp. The stamp is crafted from eco friendly rubber and solid oak. . I used to screenprint all my cotton bags, so this is a huge step up in utilising time better. It saves my energy (especially on the physical side) plus it’s super quick to do at home. Win win! . The packaging I use is just as thought out as the products. July progress. Slowly but surely 💫 . Hope to get some of these screenprinted hand-stitched leather pieces up online this month (the one’s that make the cut)... been a long time coming. . Lots of trial and tests with the new foils on the leather but finally figured it out (was an expensive lesson but that’s expected with textiles design;as you have to test on the real fabric).
