There are plenty of other fucking female characters in the MCU who, like Wanda, have suffered immense trauma in their childhoods and adulthoods. But unlike Wanda, these women have not only taken responsibility for their actions but have constantly tried to do better and help people. And none of these female characters willingly joined a nazi organization so they could get their revenge.

As a feminist, it’s not only infuriating but fucking embarrassing that Wanda is seen as the “ultimate feminist girl boss icon.”
