When I first bought this waist trainer I needed help to get it on the first set of clips. Then that was just prior to my pre-contest diet where my waist is usually at the high end of 30’s. Now 15 weeks later, I’m getting it on the last set of clips, and my waist is 32 inches. I suspect within the next four weeks I’ll be down to 31 and that’s a good size waist which should help accentuate that X factor look! Today brings with it another week gone and one day closer... I can’t believe the day is almost here. What a journey, not just this year but the whole thing, from the day I picked up my first weight, to the 1st competition, till today. It’s been a ride and a half full of nothing short but amazing learning experiences. I wouldn’t trade them for anything and even still today feel just as inspired if not more than when I started. Now that’s LOVE! Every story has a beginning and an end, and this is one end I don’t want to rush to the back to find out what happens. I want to soak this all up. For all those who individuals who supported me along the way, either by positive reinforcement or by negative motivation, I’m thankful for I stayed true to my path and am here today to share that example. I never thought that at age 53 I’d be alive let alone fighting it out to win a major show such as the North Americans. But since I am the author of my book, I guess the rules I deem suitable for me rule and not some bullshit rules that got passed down through time by sheer ignorance.
