Enema of the State —en español: Enema del estado— Es el tercer álbum de estudio de la banda estadounidense de pop punk Blink-182. Grabado en diversos estudios en California con el productor Jerry Finn, el álbum se lanzó el 1 de junio de 1999 en los Estados Unidos a través del sello MCA Records.

Hüsker Dü "New Day Rising" (1985)

La afición se divide entre considerar a éste o a su predecesor Zen Arcade como la mejor obra de este trío de Mineapolis. Yo me quedo con este, su tercer disco, mucho más melódico y mejor producido, con algunas de sus canciones con más gancho como New Day Rising, Girl Who Lives on Heaven Hill o Celebrated summer. También incluye otros momentos más surrealistas. Escuchando la distorsión con su guitarra fuzz, la voz rota de Bob Mould cantando con amargura y los cambios de ritmo con guitarra acústica comprobamos que Sonic Youth, Pixies y Nirvana no inventaron nada y que Husker Du marcaron la hoja de ruta para buena parte de las bandas de rock alternativo de los ochenta y noventa.
