Easy is good! Sometimes it’s a lot of effort to make food pretty. Other times you just throw fruits and granola on yogurt. I’m so proud of @preschoice with this vegan yogurt option. I had to try it! Lentils + mushrooms = everything This is something similar to beef bourguignon, without the beef. So rich, hearty, comforting and delicious. Sauté onion, mushroom, garlic, celery and carrots until tender. Whisk some flour in vegetable broth, add to cooking veggies with thyme and bay leaves. Then add wine to taste.
