Hi, I'm using this account to record some of my baking projects. I do not bake for a living... I'm self-taught and definitely an amateur, but getting better. I'm a combination of a guy with a love for baking and staying physically healthy. For me, the actual process of baking helps to relieve some of the sugar cravings. Lemon-Poppy Seed Cake with Blueberry Buttercream

4 layers of Lemon Poppy Seed Cake, 2 Layers of Vanilla Buttercream with fresh Blackberries and Raspberries folded in, with a thin layer of Coconut Cheesecake and Candied Pecans in the middle. Topped with Blueberry Buttercream, and decorated with more Fresh Berries and Candied Pecans.

Lots of good things crammed into one cake. Lots of fresh/seasonal fruit. Lotta different textures too 👌I’m kinda proud of it haha. ••••
My favorite part of this cake (visually) has to be the really cool shade of purple that the blueberries naturally gave to the frosting. 👌 I’ll definitely be using this for future projects.
