What is Emotion?
A natural instinctive state of mind deriving from one's circumstances, mood, or relationships with others.

Emotions as organized responses to internal or external events that may have positive or negative effect.
My six steps to control my emotions and regain rationality in any challenging situation:
Don't react right away. Reacting immediately to emotional triggers can be an immense mistake
Ask for divine guidance
Find a healthy outlet
See the bigger picture
Replace your thoughts
Forgive your emotional triggers

“Lead and Follow”
How to be a good leader and follower?
Here are a few of the qualities and traits of great leaders:
Self-assessment: Effective leaders periodically take stock of their personal strengths and shortcomings. They ask: “What do I like to do? What am I really good at?” “What are my areas of weakness, and what do I dislike doing?” Knowing your areas of weakness does not make you weak; on the contrary, it allows you to delegate to others who have those abilities, in order to achieve the common goal. Rather than clinging to the false belief that they can do it all, great leaders hire people who complement, rather than supplement, their skills. Working on your areas of weaknesses will improve your leadership ability – and recognizing them makes you more human.
Sharp perception: Do you know how people really perceive you? Effective leaders do. They have an easy level of honest communication with their teams and their peers, and a thorough understanding of how they are perceived. Testing others’ perception of you can be as simple as observing their behavior. Are your co-workers and team members relaxed around you? Does all conversation stop when you enter the room? If you really want to know what people think, just ask them. You may receive feedback that you’re not listening or showing appreciation as well as you could be. If you’ve established an environment of honest and open communication, you should be able to ask about your good qualities and the areas you need to improve on. Your staff will appreciate your effort.
Responsive to the group’s needs: Being perceptive can also help a leader be more effective in knowing the needs of the team. Some teams value trust over creativity; others prefer a clear communicator to a great organizer. Building a strong team is easier when you know the values and goals of each individual, as well as what they need from you as their leader.
Knowing the organization: Effective leaders know the organization’s overall purpose and goals, and the agreed-upon strategies to achieve these goals; they also know how their team fits into the big picture, and the part they play in helping the organization grow and thrive. Full knowledge of your organization – inside and out – is vital to becoming an effective leader.

“My Kind Of Love”
What is love? as what I understand and my idea of love is that Love is a complete acceptance towards someone. When you’re with or without someone you don’t make judgements about his personality nor his physical appearance. Love it is when you give without expecting for in return. Love is the driver for all great stories not just romantic love, but the love of parent for child, for family, for country. It is the point before consummation of it that fascinates: what separates you from love, the obstacles that stand in its way. It is usually at those points that love is everything.

“This Works For Me”
MY STRESS BUSTING TECHNIQUES
“According to Dr. Hans Selye the body has been adapting to external stressors in terms of a biological pattern that is actually predictable, so that the internal balance, or homeostasis, would be restored and maintained. In its attempt to retain homeostasis, the body makes use of its hormonal system, also known as the fight or flight response. With this response, you would notice how the body wants things to be resolved fast and easy, that’s why it already resorts to releasing hormones that would enable you to combat stress in the most immediate way possible. This struggle of the body against stress is the main theme of the General Adaptation Syndrome.Another observation that Selye discovered was that even if one’s body wants to control or reduce the stress, it still has its limits. The limited supply of body’s energy to adapt to the stressful environment is even more compromised when the body is exposed to the stressor continuously.
1.) Eating, someone told me that when you’re full all you can think of are happy thoughts and that’s why eating is the most helpful way when I’m stress.
2.) Bonding with family, when you don’t have anyone else to run your family will always be an inches away to comfort you, give you all your needs without a hesitation to give. No matter what you’ve been through ups & downs family is always there at your side cheering you up and guiding you to be strong. Family are the people that everyone deserves to feel secure, and comfortable with, even if they aren't lucky enough to have that. And so family for me is also one that can keep away my stress.

3.) Listening to Music, I find it so relaxing to the point that music makes me feel like I’m in another world where I can really feel silence, peace and where harmony and rhythm is all about. It makes me feel so calm that every time I listen to it I feel like I’m floating. Listening to music can help reduce stress and it can help relieve me from anxiety, depression, and other emotional and mental problems. Music is also capable of eliminating physical exhaustion as it allows the body and mind to relax and so that’s how I handle stress. I don’t entertain more how stressful I am. I have and do that things to loosen up the stress. I’m the type of person that when I get stress later on I will find ways to get rid of stress and make my day productive.

Dear Ate/Kuya
Above as you can see it is a bunch of activities that makes me feel happy. If I could do all of the activities that I’ve written there in just one day for sure my day will be ten times happier :). Happiness is a choice as well as living your life to the fullest. Making your day productive is a step by step method of making your life better. It is also my stress reliever and by that I can feel better that can make my day complete and memorable. Living your life day by day you can encounter a lot of problems but for me doing some of it can relieve my stress by just a sec. I don’t usually handle stress longer because I believe that stressing one’s self can’t make something good within you rather than it destroys yourself.

Dear self, How strong are you now? You’ve been so stress out and lately didn’t even got enough sleeps and until right now it seems like you got a load of eye bags tho. I know you’ve been a lot of trials and struggles that you’re facing right now I can say because I’ve known you since birth and as well as your last breathing. Jubeeh things might changing too fast that you don’t know what to do about it but I tell you EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON, IT MIGHT BE TOO FAST FOR YOU BUT THEN LATER ON YOU’LL BE ABLE TO COPE UP AND REALIZE WHY IT ALL HAPPENED. Pain is always there Jubeeh, it’s part of life that’s why in every pain you need to be strong and always think of the good things that will lessen how painful you are feeling right now. Keep in mind that the only person that you have right away is just a one look upward and yes GOD. The second one is your family who’s there the moment that you were created and raised you until you’re now a grown up teenager who seems to be responsible enough at some things. In life Jubeeh you can’t avoid those people who will criticized and will pull you down it’s because they’ve seen potentials in you that they don’t have. NEVER LET INSECURE PEOPLE AFFECT OF WHAT YOU ARE RIGHT NOW. YOU ARE WHAT YOU ARE NOW NO ONE CAN EVER CHANGE THAT FACT AND BE THANKFUL AND BE PROUD OF WHAT YOU HAVE AND WILL HAVE THEN. That’s why don’t forget that you also have your friends those TRUE FRIENDS that will always be at your side and willingly support what you want to be and what you like. TRUE FRIENDS that will stick by your side during your ups and down and will cheer you up. LIFE’S SO BEAUTIFUL TO BE WASTED SO KEEP YOUR FAITH ALWAYS AND BE YOURSELF AT ALL TIMES. YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE SO LIVE YOUR LIFE TO THE FULLEST TREASURE EVERY MOMENTS AND BE ONE OF THE GOOD MODEL TO THE YOUTHS. Don’t stop believing that there will always be a rainbow after the rain. Expectation Feels
When people expect towards me I take it as a challenge to do good at all things and do my very best at all times. That’s how it feels when every time people expect something in me. Yet when I failed to give what they expected that’s when I feel like I’m no good at. Expectations may lift you up yet most of the times it will pull you down of pressure, disappointments, and anxiety. But then I would not be this kind of person right now without experiencing all of it. All that happens has always a reason and because of that reason it mold you to be a better version of who you are before.
