The Emotion Challenge. I learn how to control my emotions through doing this stuff. 1st: I eat, eating is one way for me to think properly and manage my emotions and does not say something that might cause a bigger problems. 2nd: I go to church pray all the pain I feel inside cry it all. Or sometimes I just pray if I can't go to church and after doing that I feel relieved because I finally released all the pain. 3rd: I listen to the music related to what I feel. Feel the music and somehow it relaxes my mind and after that I can finally face those problems and act properly 4th: Lastly. I go to sleep for a while to forget those problems and after that when I wake up is a fresh mind and I can now do those things I was not able to do. And think of how I am going to react. So this is how I manage my emotions. And with this I am able to do things, face problems with the right emotion and proper reactions.

“LEAD AND FOLLOW”

So what does it take to be a leader? Well base from my experience, I was a mayor since i was grade 8-9, a student council president when I was grade 10, and is now assigned to be one of the mayors in our homeroom. When I was younger, I still couldn’t imagine my life serving people in the community. And in my long-term service, most of the feedback I heard is, "Having the position or not, you are really a leader.”

If we relate it to the 4 major types of thinking, being analytical, practical, relational, and experimental are also essential and important to be a leader, to lead oneself and others.

For me, leadership is when someone will walk the talk. True leaders are serving for all, not for their own benefits, thus they are selfless and they rise by lifting others. They guide, motivate, inspire, and make more leaders, not followers.

Personal Development & Career Goals

Job/Career Goal

       This goal is focused on the next  24 months.

 My goal is to become a pastry chef someday. Its because I love to eat and I want to experiment different kinds of sweets. For me to be able to achieve this one I should allot more effort and do some professional training for me to be able to bake my own creation of sweet goods.

Education/Training Goal

For me to be able to become a Pastry Chef I need to study hard and do good on my field. The steps to be able to achieve my goal is that I must know the things I want to do for me to be able to balance everything and having mistakes are prevented. In other words first things first.

Personal Health/Wellness Goal

For me to be able to achieve my goals in my career and academic aspects, I should stay physically fit and healthy. Exercise and proper diet is the key to a healthy lifestyle. For me having enough rest and less exposure to stress is essential for me to do the tasks given to me. Not just being physically healthy but mentally and emotionally healthy too.

Song Joong Ki for me is the Leader I want because he do everything for the better of his country. Lead and Follow (#meandsociety)

This is the society where I belong since I started my High school life in La Salle Academy. I learned to be independent, responsible, optimistic, open up, and many more self improvement. This is when I started leading my batch mates as I run as a HOUSE REPRESENTATIVE OF JAI but unfortunately I didn’t win so that’s it. But the experience is really great having a time of knowing others is already a pleasure for me. I tried to lead and I guess it’s not my time yet but I can say that it’s really nice having new friends with the same goal as I am and that is to serve the student body no matter what.

What I feel about expectations of me

People judge and expect base on how you look and where you come from. People are just like that even me, but to me expectations are good. It helps us to learn about reality and things that needs to have effort. I have a wonderful family and I love them. People expect me to be smart and a responsible person like my older sisters, specially my mother is a teacher from my last elementary school. I struggled in filling those expectations because I was different. Yes I was different from them, that’s what I learned. And now I’m filling all of my own expectation for myself. Strive hard and have a goal of my own, and be who I wanna be.

My Kind of Love?  😍💘💖

Well if you’ll ask me what’s my kind of love and shall I also say my Ideal man is just simple, someone who would be able to love me, but will love God more than me. I want someone who’s more matured than me, a man who is kind, thoughtful, and wise. Someone who’s loyal, passionate, and committed. My kind of love is having the essential elements in a relationship, 1. maturity, 2. time & readiness, and 3. communication skills. And lastly, what’s perfect is to have a consummate love.

This Works for me. So for me to deal with stress I eat, listen to music and sometimes sleep because this relaxes my mind. So after doing those things I may abe to think widely and positively. When I was stress by the exam last week my way of relaxing is sleeping and when I wake up I am able to think that i can do it and also eating chocolates. And when I'm stress about other things to cool down my mind I listen to music or eat Ice cream and after that I can do things again.
