hey, my right earphone got broken and it is affecting me really bad. i can only listen from my left ear now. i have misophonia and especially human voices annoy me so much. it annoys me so much that i even nearly have anger crisis.it has a huge affect on my concentration and i cant study or read because of it . and sadly i cant ask my parents to buy me new one. i cant afford it myself either. is there any god i can pray to fix that earphone? because it got broken out of nowhere like nothing happened. it didnt fall or something it just randomly stopped working. i know this is bit dumb im sorry thank you

Hey thats alright its not dumb at all we turn to the gods for help when we need it reguardless of hpw big or small it is .

I would say you could give praying to hephaestus ( he makes and crafts things and contraptions, etc)or apollo( hes associated with music !) , a try !

You could also pray to other gods you feel close to , to help you stay positive throughout the ordeal !

I'm praying for the best for you, and hopefully, your headphones get fixed, or you are able to get a new pair !

You might if you were put on the wrong medicine, or you got the wrong kind of head injury, or you were forced to choose between someone else and yourself. You might if your livelihood was staked on it, or all your hopes and dreams. You might if you didn't know what else to do, if it's what you were taught or if nobody taught you anything else.

I have not been worn down in most of these ways. I have lived a remarkably privileged life. But I have been worn down in some ways. And they were enough to teach me that in the wrong circumstances, any of us can become someone we don't want to be. It's worth keeping that in mind.

Omg hi! I WOULD LOVE TO SHARE SOME OF MY FAVORITE TAROT DECKS!!!! I can't tell you how excited I am for this. And gods bless you as well <3 thank you for this question!!!!

I'm sharing three of my favorites because I have too many and to show them all off would be like... at least 35 decks........ BUT if you want to see more feel free to ask!

So, my all-time favorite deck is the marigold tarot. Before I bought it, I'd wanted it since the beginning of my practice. I got it with my first paycheck at my first job about seven years after first seeing it!!! It's gorgeous. I use it to speak with Apollo :D If I had to describe its energy, I'd say it's very positive and flowery. It's like walking through a field of sunflowers and feeling a light breeze on your face!

My second favorite is the linestrider tarot. The pictures on the cards are actually MAGNIFICENT, and the messages in the guidebook are just beautiful!! I used to use it to communicate with Athena, but now it's just a general deck. If I had to describe its energy, I'd describe it as calming and gentle. If you've ever been in a sensory deprivation tank, it's kind of like that. Silence, a soft glow surrounding you, and like you're floating in calm waters.

My third favorite is the black tarot. I saw it on TikTok (lol) and bought it IMMEDIATELY. And when I tell you this deck CALLS YOU OUT, I mean it!! The designs are also just gorgeous as well. Its vibes are very eccentric and energetic. It's like sitting at a campfire with all of your friends and singing songs!

Don’t underestimate my desire to not wanna

When i really put myself out there in looking for a new job and going to an interview . I was scared, but i did it . I know that seems so small and not a problem tp most , but to me if felt monumental, and i did it . I survived . And i felt them so strongly .

What was the last thing you did that you could literally feel your deities being proud of you?

In my case, I literally felt a huge energy and pull toward my altars when I maintained boundaries and kept my peace. Could feel my deities being like “HOLY SHIT !!! THEY FINALLY DID IT”

Litterally this though i spend so much time thinking about it but never actually doing anything for like months on end sometimes .

I find my self having a hard time getting into the deity work, like, I want everything to be perfect from the beginning on and therefore neglect worshipping???

I’m constantly looking through tumblr, reading through subreddits, shopping on Etsy for my altar, making lists etc. But you know what I do not do? Pray. I don’t pray. Tf.

Anything really !! Somw common offerings are drinks like water wine ( if yr old enough but you can substitute with juices instead !)

Honey , any food or snacks you yourself are having , fruit nuts berries and also objects things you associate with the god or goddess for example sun pictures or jewlery for apollo or helios , heart things for aphrodite . Crystals , pictures music or poetry art or crafts ( even better if you made it !!)

No you dont need an altar to give offering and be devoted to the gods , it is allways nice but people often cant for various reasons and thats totally ok !

You can give offerings reguardless of if you have an altar or not , and they way you give offerings will slightly change depending on who the offering is for ! Over time youll develo your own style of how you do things but i usually follow a simple step process and personalise it !

If the gods are ouranic ( heavenly) so the olympians or any above grownd dwelling gods you can pray to let them know that the offering is for them and pour libations ( pour liquid into a vessel to give them ) and offer food or items and incense and have it on a bench or anywhere really ( preferably somehwre clean )

Some people bury offering afterwards but alot also eat the offering if theyre food !

The cthonic gods ( underworld , hades thanatos etc etc ) are similar, but because they are underworld gods, everything is directed down and often offerings were burrried or poured into the ground !!

You dont always have to do that, ( as sometimes its not viable , eg you live with animals or in an apartment or family may question you ) but some people do !

I usually just have a special shelf dedicated to the gods altars where i give offerings. Sometimes i just set a plate for them ! And eat or dispose of anything food related later !!

Time for tips and info dump ramblings bc I’ll absolutely take the chance.

Tbh he’s kind of the only one I’m a full blown devotee too, I’ve always been weirdly into the entire concept and idea of sleep as a whole (autism moment??? My own history of sleep issues??? Unclear) but I do still respect and honour all the others. And admittedly I have a bit of an intrigue about the whole Zagreus Dionysus connection and it’s history. I grew up on a vineyard so maybe the whole grapes and wine of Dionysus gives me nostalgia haha.

I’m a bit of a lazy worshiper because memory issues be issuing, but my entire night routine is built around good sleep and devotion. I know it’s a common Hypnos tip but good sleep schedules is a top notch way to worship. I also keep a lot of the devotional or personally meaningful things I have on or around my bed. My bed has kind of become like a second altar in a way, a sacred space. My childhood toys, bedding I bought specifically because it reminded me of Hypnos etc. it’s basically an altar you can sleep in lol.

I could ramble for a million years but funny enough, I should go to bed rn.
