I ate my daily limit in s'mores and cookies. I go into my next day craving nothing but sweets, "it's just chocolate it'll be fine" I'll say in my head. I contemplate and contemplate until Im convinced the calorie packed Coco won't even affect me. I eat with no guilt all while my stomach is spinning in circles trying to comprehend all this sudden sugar. the day goes on the guilt covers me whole as if it's the sugar covering me from the inside out.
