Rewatching

I am just rewatching greys anatomy and I am retramatizing myself.

Season 1: fresh and new. Beautiful people and interesting medical drama

Season 2: some of the best storylines. Characters development and people slowly find favorites. Denny’s storyline is both good and bad.

Season 3: pain. A lot of hurt but still interesting thoughts on how far you will go.

Season 4: I hate this season. The Izzy and George story line. Making them just not care. It’s a slowly season that feels off. Some pretty good episodes.

Season 5: one of the hardest seasons finally. One of the most decent seasons since season 3. I become more annoyed with the chief and my dislike of him. I adore Mark and Lexie. I actually like Alex and Izzie. This is the season Hunt is introduced and I forgot how I liked him in the start. Also, Arizona!!! I like Christina’s growth a lot in this season!

Season 6: currently on, it feels weird not having George but honestly from season 3, his character felt lost and not really appointed. Alex’s growth from season three is always impressive. So, Meredith is good.

Again just started this season, but there is a lot I like and don’t. I remember watching this back in the start and things I liked, I don’t. I want to stop but I am not.

I will finish season 6 probably today or tomorrow.

9-1-1: Lone star

I watched all of season 5 in two days. I have so many issues and I don’t want to hurt anyone or upset them but here it goes, I hated season 5 so much!

Let’s break it down:

1) Grace and Judd.

There is no reason Grace would leave her daughter as well as not being there for Tommy. She would have been there for Wyatt.

Also, she would never would have left Judd like that. I will say she would have probably before Charlie was born.

2) Judd’s drinking doesn’t make sense. He would never do that in a chance to let Grace down as well as his kids.

The way to make these make sense, if they skipped into the future or if Grace died. As much as I don’t want that to happen but those make the most sense.

3) T.K. and Carlos.

What the actual fuck?!!? I get some distance but after a year no. They were both so happy and excited. I felt like they worked so hard to keep them apart.

I also, think the chemistry was very much off. It felt like there wasn’t a lot of connection.

4) I love that they got Jonah but I felt like it didn’t actually make their relationship problems go away. I also think that it pressured Carlos into having kids. I wish for more layout.

5) Tommy. Why? I mean, honestly, Why?

I could keep going but I am done. I felt the overall, stories were rushed. I felt there wasn’t heart or connection this season.

I know there is a lot of little good things and they were nice but I didnt like it. I really wished it ended on season 4. It left so much open but really completed.

I am happy it ended happily for everyone. But I really wished there was more development in the overall stories and characters arcs.

Sometimes, I think of fanfic ideas and I laugh because in my head sounded funny.

However, the process of writing is anxiety inducing. I kiss when I could write. I honestly, miss 2010 me. She would write stories and then create icons.

I will say, I am grateful for fanfic writers and people who create art, you are helping me.

Hmm

Sometimes, I think that in the writers room of season 11 was not as serious as it should have been. Like they had a ton of different ideas on a board and then they would throw darts and where ever they landed that was the overall theme of season

They really like “ya know what would be funny..”

Hyper fixation

My hyper fixation is fucking strong right now. I don’t know why but I am reading “Gallavich” fics.

I am also just randomly watching YouTube videos. I think because I missed out when the show was airing and now I get to enjoy it is super fun.

I do wish I had more people to talk about it with. But oh well, I loving fix-it or reunion fics. I also love post series ones.

Random thought

I was watching a Shameless clip on my fyp on TikTok and it just hit me, when Monica and Frank are telling Fiona that they’re renewing their vows and Monica goes “I texted Ian.”

He is with Mickey. Holy shit. Why didn’t that ever connect?

Shameless

I rewatched and finished shameless last week. I was trying to show my mom and she had some thoughts and they weren’t good.

We got to episode 6 of season 1. I finished it without her.

Fuck. I love that show and Ian and Mickey.

It was so nice to go to the start and then see how far everyone came.

1-3 seasons Debbie are good then she goes to shit.

Fi and lip are a mixed bag of emotions for me. I see them and I feel but I hate a lot of what they do.

But also, Ian was going through so much and so was Mickey but they find solace in each other until so much negativity got to them.

I do enjoy the show so much. It is one of my favorites.

Season 5

As we know season will leave big changes in the show.

The fact that Grace(Sierra) won’t be there. It hurts but makes me nervous about the changes. I wonder if they are going to skip ahead a year or two?

They could after the train derailment. The fact it has been over a year since season 4.

I am nervous about Tarlos. I have a fear that Carlos(Rafael) is leaving the show after this year.

I am hoping I am over analyzing and over thinking but at the same time, tv show writers have been known to make a fan favorite couple end.

The rumors that this could be the last season, I just hope Tarlos ends up together and happy.

I hope everyone else gets a good closer of their stories.

The biggest reason, I have thought about this is the fact that posting has been different. I will also say the fact that the og of 911 is getting a resurgence of fans and like a breathe of fresh air.

Let’s see how it goes. I have been rewatching Lone Star and it still is fantastic and I love all the characters. I don’t want it to end but if it does, can it have a good one.

Did I randomly reread RWRB because I wanted to read the bonus chapter of Henry’s pov.

Yes.

Did I watch the movie right after? Yep.

I will say that probably wasn’t the best idea. But I will say, the movie is so good if you think of it as an inspiration instead of an adaptation.

Going back, both Taylor and Nicholas did such a great job.

It’s such an amazing feeling to reread a book that makes me laugh and feel happy.

Thoughts

I finished the original CSI.

One of my random favorite lines “Hello Gilbert” from Sara. I don’t know why but it makes me smile. I know she said on the end of season 7 before getting kidnapped. She says it again in season 13 in “Wildflowers”.

It just itches something. But is it sad that I am sad I am done with original series? I am not sure.

I really did love the growth between the two of them. I think they learned a lot apart and together.

Thoughts of watching later seasons:

Do you really think Gil just stop getting updates on everything in the lab?

Sometimes, I imagine Hodges sending a newsletter of everything going on in the lab and it goes to spam. But late nights, he reads it because curiosity.

I know he can’t say much about cases but just like updates in life of everyone. Plus, the thought that Elisabta engagement he would have announced it.

Finally, he would brag.

I just have a lot of thoughts like that.

Season 13.

I will say it was one of the hardest seasons. I will also that the start is a note of high. I loved how happy Sara is and to me you slowly see the decline. The hurt and the loneliness seep in. I will say I cried again when they finally connected on the phone. I hate my favorites hurting.

I will also, the Basderic storyline was interesting and I was glad to be done. I loved the part of how she opens up to the guys and I don’t blame her for not saying anything.

Also, Nick showing her big brother side and saying “I told you Ronald, I wouldn’t let you hurt her.”

Now, the rest of the season is pretty good. I miss the original cast but I do like when D.B. , and Morgan.

I can’t wait to finish to get to Immortality.

I never really appreciated how good this episode is and was at all.

I will say finding out Jorja wrote the letter Gil is so beautiful and heartbreaking.

I will say I did notice that Sara is getting burnt out around season 7. Especially, after show girl murder.

I am almost done with season 8. I know the big changes are happening soon.

ReWatch

I have been re-watching CSI. I am currently on season 5. It has been adventure. So far, Sara Sidle is still my favorite . I still fully support SaraxGrissom.

I will say this also, I loved the growth and change in those characters even in Greg.

Warrick was growing but then they gave up on it, I feel like.

Also, I will say this some episodes age okay and some age well.

others don't. Season 5 episode 16 is one that I don't think did. There are a few others.

Also, Greg is peak 2000's. I also get why these two are ships.

Can I share a fear? A secret. A thought that I am thinking and trying to not think.

I fear that Lonestar:911 is going to kill off a main character's spouse. I fear this because lately the best videos are suspiciously..

But they could be pivoting to having him not be in the season as much.

I could be paranoid but....

I have finished Young Royals and I will say this

That was an amazing finally. I cried so much.

I enjoyed the the final episodes and it was was good.

I spent a day crying.

Then I rewatched the first two again. I have never loved a season 1 before. But this show was so great.

I am so excited for the third book. This story and the characters make me smile, laugh and feel so much!
