Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden-brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Set aside and cover to keep warm. In a small bowl whisk the almond milk and flour until smooth. To the same pan heat the remaining oil, over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for up to 1 minute. Pour in the almond milk mixture and stir; you should see the sauce getting thicker almost immediately as it heats up. Air-fried chicken cutlet salad made with romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, hard boiled egg , avocado, a slice of crispy bacon and homemade honey mustard dressing and it was so darn delicious! I try to male 🍒🍒 chicken cutlets around here at least once 🫒a week both as part of a meal and for other purposes throughout the week. Not only are they good in a salad but also can be made into a quick chicken Parmesan, great on a sandwich or an easy chicken piccata to name a few. I make two different versions, air-fried or fried in oil the old fashioned way. Sometimes low carb sometimes not and here's how I make them. 🍑🍑For the low carb gluten free version mix together 1 1/2 cups almond flour with 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese along with 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper. In a separate bowl beat one egg with 1/4 cup of milk. Slice one pound of boneless skinless chicken breast into 1/4 inch thick pieces. Coat each chicken cutlet with egg mixture then into the dry mixture being sure to fully coat the chicken as much as possible. Spray the insides of your heated air fryer set to 400 F with oil spray and place the cutlets without crowding into the fryer. Make in batches if needed. @custom_keto_Died 👉 Easy Chicken Fajita Foil Packets Ingredient 👇👇👇 Fajita Seasoning Mix 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon paprika, plus more for adding color to the chicken breasts before cooking if desired 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 👉1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 3 6-ounce skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced 1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced 1 white onion 1 15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained lime and jalapeño for garnish, if desired Instructions Prepare a grill to medium-high heat or set the oven temperature to 400°F. 👉In a small bowl, mix the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, ground coriander, paprika, kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Sprinkle half of the seasoning on both sides of the chicken breasts and set aside. In a large bowl, add the cut vegetables with the drained black beans. Toss with the remaining side. Tear off a few lengths of aluminum foil in 12-to 14-inch pieces. Place 1/3 of the seasoned vegetables in the center of the foil and top with a seasoned chicken breast. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with more paprika for color, if desired. 👉Fold the two long edges toward one another, then over once or twice and crimp tightly. Fold and crimp each short end of the foil toward the middle so that the edges are tightly sealed. If cooking on the grill, place the packets vegetable side down, close the lid and cook for 5 minutes, then turn to the seam side down and cook for 20 more minutes or until chicken is cooked through. If cooking in the oven, place the packets chicken side down and cook for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
