I've struggled the last few Wednesday's. It's the day that I hit my wall. I'm sore, I feel beat up, I'm sluggish, and my body just doesn't respond. With the finish of the opens and the transition into regionals and the remainder of the Crossfit competitive season I believe more than ever that it takes a team. No matter what your ultimate goals is, wether it be to compete individual, compete team, or to come to workouts day after day to reach a personal goal. It takes a team. It takes a team to push you, to motivate you, to keep you accountable and most of all keep you positive! I am so grateful and incredibly blessed for the group I am surrounded by inside the gym and out!
