COLD WEATHER! — Dark cacao cookie headcanon
Dark Cacao Cookie is always stern and cold, much like his icy homeland. He’s unaccustomed to warmer climates, but he doesn’t complain—it’s simply not in his nature.
When the Ancient Cookies gather in Pure Vanilla Cookie kingdom, Dark Cacao Cookie surprises himself by tolerating the warmth. It’s not that bad, after all. Surrounded by old friends and fond memories, he even finds himself enjoying the reunion. Hollyberry Cookie’s boisterous laughter fills the air as she insists on clinking berry juice with him, and for a moment, he lets the nostalgia wash over him.
But oh—when they travel to Golden Cheese Cookie kingdom, things begin to shift. The relentless heat is like an oven, and while Dark Cacao Cookie face remains as stoic as ever, inside, his dough feels like it’s baking, turning him into a crisp.
Pure Vanilla Cookie notices how Dark Cacao Cookie lags behind, his pace slower than usual. Concerned, he gently asks, “Is everything alright?” Dark Cacao Cookie brushes it off with a gruff, “I’m fine.” But his voice, tinged with exhaustion, betrays him.
After a long, sweltering day in the sun-drenched Golden Cheese Kingdom, the Ancient Cookies bid each other farewell and return to their respective lands.
When Dark Cacao Cookie finally sets foot back in his frozen kingdom, the biting cold greets him like an old friend. The first thing he does is step into the snow, sinking into its frosty embrace. For the first time in ages, his people watch, astonished, as their usually stoic king lays down in the snow, a rare smile tugging at the corners of his lips. Oh, how he had missed the cold!

TikTok is now down for me. I had 35K followers and had been on the app for 7 years. It seems silly to have these emotions for an app, but I really did put a lot of effort into it. God idk how to feel rn

Exactly, every now and then it comes up and I feel the undeniable rage to hurl my phone at a wall
I am so sorry but I think the ‘rise of the brave tangled dragons’ thing with Jack Frost, Hiccup, Rapunzel and Merida is so stupid😭. I actively avoid it. I saw Jack Frost headcanons on Tik Tok the other day and the person threw in some with him and hiccup and I immediately thought they were delusional. I don’t think I’ll understand, Idk maybe someone can give me there side. So sorry if this is an unpopular take😭

Thank you to everyone who got me to 100 likes!
Listen I don’t know who will see this but, for years I’ve seen art and fan art of Artemis Fowl when he died in like a suit and very groomed looking. Do you guys not remember like in the middle of the last book he,butler and Holly changed into camo gear, proceeded to swim through the fowl estates pond and then Artemis and Holly crashed a plane, and he says there’s blood on his face so most likely that’s an open wound on his head to, HE will NOT be best dressed I doubt that was even on his MIND. And also when he went to go meet Opal it literally states he was pushed down a hill and he smiles, theres blood on his teeth. So all the art should have been him looking far worse than it portrays. Also he Fr sprinted to the gate and jumped over a hole (?) you KNOW that boy must have been sweating his ass off😭

Would you be willing to try prompt 9 with Artemis Fowl?
Artemis Fowl
Prompt Nine from this list:
“At this point, I don’t know if this is real or fake, but all I know is that my hands have been on too many illegal things in the past twenty-four hours.”
Word Count: 813
Summary: Artemis really needs to stop meddling in Underground affairs. Holly really needs to stop helping him.
Fun fact: my mother walked in and peered over my shoulder when I was starting this. She read the prompt, asked “What are you writing?” and left.
help
It was never a normal phone call with Artemis Fowl.
Yes, he and Holly had come a long way from when he first kidnapped her (at the age of twelve, no less), but the LEP officer had learned to remain wary of the boy’s asks, no matter how innocent they sounded.
So yes, she couldn’t help but be a bit suspicious when he called her, asking her to come help him look into something, saying that wouldn’t even take the whole day, he promised. And though Holly herself had promised that she’d never partake in another one of Artemis’s impromptu missions again, she grabbed her weapons and met at the rendezvous point.
Atremis was already there, looking as formal as ever in his suit and black dress shoes, his hair neatly combed back. He was peering down at a small device in his hands, eyebrows furrowed in concentration. He glanced up when he saw Holly.
“What is it this time?” Holly asked, wanting to get straight to it so she could go back home. She had an unfinished novel waiting for her.
“There was a woman killed today,” Artemis said. Holly raised an eyebrow.
“People are killed every day,” Holly said, before realising how insensitive she sounded. “Not that it’s okay, of course,” she amended, “but it doesn’t seem like something you’d be particularly interested in, let alone call me up for it.”
“It was rather unusual,” Artemis insisted.
“Everything with you is unusual, Arty,” Holly quipped. The teen scowled.
“I have reasons to believe that a faerie was involved,” Artemis said, “and I need your proficiency with magic to help me confirm this.”
There it was.
“As much as I’d love to traipse around the Irish countryside looking for clues, I have work to do,” Holly said. “I’ll notify the LEP, tell them about your suspicions-”
“Both you and I know you won’t do that,” Artemis cut in. Holly halted.
Stupid juvenile geniuses.
Her curiosity (as well as Artemis’s stupid mind games) got the best of her, and she looked Artemis in the eye, folding her arms.
“I hate it when you’re right.” Artemis gave a smirk and strode towards a sleek black car, opening the back door.
“Let’s go.”
»»————- ★ ————-««
Holly had encountered red flags before, but this was a whole bull fight.
The investigation had taken longer than initially expected, and Artemis seemed to feel the need to explain every little detail and theory. Holly had the privilege of helping to break into a morgue, watching as Artemis hacked into government databases, and flitting around Dublin in search for the alleyway in which the woman of interest, Caiomhe Ryan, had been killed.
Currently, they were crouched in said alleyway and Artemis was picking through several strange objects with gloved hands. He inspected what looked like a small blaster, similar to the ones carried by officers of the LEP, then thrust it into Holly’s grip.
“Hold this,” he said simply. Holly nearly dropped the thing.
“Listen,” she began, “At this point, I don’t know if this is real or fake, but all I know is that my hands have been on too many illegal things in the past twenty-four hours.”
“You’re a police officer,” Artemis said dismissively.
“Yeah, well I’m not a homicide expert,” Holly shot back. Artemis seemed to ponder this for a moment, before replying with a simple, “Neither am I.”
Stupid logic, stupid Artemis.
Eventually, Holly was able to talk Artemis into calling someone more qualified. How she’d finally convinced him, she had no idea, but she thanked the powers that be that Artemis had realised that the situation was out of his hands.
What didn’t help was that all of Artemis’s theories were exactly correct, down to the tiniest, craziest detail. The smug smirk on his face when they received the official reports from the LEP was enough to make Holly glare with a ferocity she’d never used before.
As usual, Artemis was let off with a warning, as practically everyone in the Underground knew that if real trouble came, he would be the best ally they had.
As soon as they were out of the sight of the officials, Holly swept Artemis off his feet — literally. With a practiced kick, she sent the boy to his knees and seized that perfectly-ironed collar of his, secretly hoping that she’d put a crease or two in it.
“I swear to everything holy,” she began, “if you call me up for one more of you little missions, I’m going to stun you into next Christmas.” Artemis nodded silently, and Holly let him up.
Just before he was out of earshot, Holly heard the boy mutter, “I need to start work on a shield.” Her eyes went wide and she suppressed the urge to kick him again, preferably in a more painful spot.
“You will do no such thing!”

best worst day
“This is the worst day ever.”
Holly’s lips quirked upward at Artemis’s remark. “That’s a little dramatic, don’t you think?”
Artemis gestured to the theater behind them distastefully and said, “You’ve seen the movie. It was awful.”
“At least they let you in. That’s rare for a human.”
“And for what?” He shook his head dismally and added, “You said this was supposed to be an accurate retelling of our first adventure.”
“I never said accurate…”
“You were portrayed by a light-skinned teenager,” Artemis pressed on. “Opal hid her face the entire time, which we all know she is much too vain to do. I don’t even know why she was there. And what was the point of killing off my mother? That didn’t even serve any narrative purpose.”
Holly held back a giggle. “But that’s not the worst part, is it?”
Artemis whirled on her and said exasperatedly, “Why did I say, "I’m a criminal mastermind," when they did not show me commit a single crime onscreen?”
The laughter finally escaped Holly, and she clutched her stomach while Artemis frowned. “I don’t know, maybe they thought a criminal protagonist wasn’t child friendly enough.” She wiped a fake tear from her eye, then smiled and added, “Anyway, shouldn’t you be happy? You’re finally being portrayed by fairies in a positive light.”
Artemis scoffed. “If they wanted to show me as a good guy, they could have chosen a story further down my redemption instead of altering the truth like that.”
“Yeah, but it wouldn’t have the same magic as our first meeting. Or so they say.”
Artemis seemed to calm down as he gazed ahead at the Haven landscape. “I suppose so,” he said.

confused.
Holly paced the floor of Fowl Manor’s meeting room, while Artemis tapped his fingers on the mahogany table.
“Where is he?” he asked, checking his watch for the third time in as many minutes. Holly stopped her pacing.
“Nevermind that. What could be so important that he made us all meet? He sounded serious.”
Before Artemis could answer, the door opened and a stone-faced Mulch strode in, followed by Butler.
“Are you sure you don’t want to eat anything?” the bodyguard asked, a deep furrow on his brow.
“No time,” Mulch said, plopping on a chair and making it creak under his weight.
Holly drew nearer. “What is it, Mulch? You are freaking me out.”
“Good. This is serious, you guys. I don't–”
He got interrupted when Juliet burst through the doors. Butler’s eyebrows shot up.
“I came as soon as I got Mulch’s message,” she said, out of breath. Mulch nodded gravely and pulled an USB stick out of his jacket.
“Before I give you this,” Mulch announced. “The images on this are pretty graphic and disturbing.”
Artemis nodded and reached for the flash drive.
“Maybe I should view the content first,” Butler said. He had the military background and could handle any distressing material, but the boy shook his head, pushing the flash drive into the slot of his laptop.
“I can handle it, old friend,” he said, clicking on the single video file that popped open on the screen.
The video started with a reporter, staring into the camera and stumbling over her words.
“–the worst tragedy in the last 50 years! We don’t at this point in time–”
Holly and Artemis leaned closer to the screen, listening to the reporter. Butler squinted his eyes, trying to determine where the reporter was.
Suddenly, the scene changed to some sort of warehouse. The camera panned out and focussed on a dancing man with strawberry blonde hair wearing a trench coat, the tunes of an 80s song blasting through the speakers.
“Never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down!“
Artemis paused, frowning, opening and closing his mouth at a loss for words. The sound of a camera click had him snap up his head.
Juliet burst out laughing and dropped her phone in her lap. Mulch guffawed and repeatedly slapped a hand on his leg.
“What even is that?” Artemis asked, turning to Holly with a questioning look. She shrugged, her lips turning into a thin line.
“Mulch,” she said through gritted teeth, but the dwarf only laughed harder. He fell on the floor, and unable to control himself, let out an enormous fart.
Juliet shrieked, holding her sides, tears running down her cheeks.
“Your… your faces,” she gasped, stomping a foot on the floor.
Butler lifted an eyebrow, not at all amused. "That was uncalled for.“
But his criticism fell on deaf ears as Juliet and Mulch high-fived each other, unable to calm down for another hour.

canned.
Artemis pressed the intercom button before he remembered no one was there to answer it. Gritting his teeth, he jumped up and rushed to the door. On the very day that Butler had his day off. Why did the manservant have to have a day off, anyway? It wasn’t like he had any hobbies, apart from keeping him safe.
Artemis hurried down the staircase, deciding to scrap any holidays for Butler forever. It just asked for disaster, to let Butler do… whatever he did. He could spend his free time training. Meanwhile, he, Artemis Fowl II, genius criminal mastermind, was in serious trouble.
He came to an abrupt stop in the kitchen door, his eyes darting from one side to the other. This was unknown territory for him. Should he wait for Butler to return? His vision became blurry. No, this was a matter of life and death. There was no time to be lost!
Clenching his trembling fingers to a fist, Artemis focused on stumbling to the first cupboard, opening it wide. He rummaged through the contents and almost let out a sob. It wasn’t there. His heartbeat was slowing down, and he knew he was running out of time. With a frustrated growl, he shoved bowls and plates aside. It had to be there.
The boy ripped open another cupboard, wild eyes jumping over the contents. Then he saw it. A weak but triumphant grin spread across his face. He pulled the object into the kitchen light, Handel’s Hallelujah Chorus from The Triumph of Time and Truth oratorio suddenly playing somewhere. With his last remaining strength, he dragged himself to the counter and pulled one tiny silver spoon from the drawer.
It took him a second to tear open the can of caviar – his fingers were shaking so badly – but once he had succeeded, he took a big spoonful of the shiny, glistening, exquisitely salty delicacy.
Artemis Fowl II let out a satisfied sigh. He had successfully averted the crisis.
