It is amazing how when we consciously doing breathing exercises, the body’s logical and most natural reaction is to create a peaceful and serene state! . Breathing allows you to ground yourself and to connect with your true being and the universe subsequently. However, it has to be deliberate and beyond the normal breathing function that our body does daily without us realizing it! . Conscious breathe is like taking everything in account and allowing yourself to experience and see dimensions beyond the physical dimensions available to the human body! .
