10 lessons from The Gift: (Book)
1. The prison is in your mind. The only person who can keep you trapped in the past is you. You have the power to choose freedom, even if you have experienced trauma or hardship.
2. The past is not your future. What happened to you in the past does not have to define you. You can choose to let go of the pain and move on to create a new and better future for yourself.
3. You are not alone. Everyone experiences pain and suffering in their lives. You are not alone in your struggles. There are people who care about you and want to help you heal.
4. It's okay to feel your feelings. Don't try to suppress your emotions. Allow yourself to feel your pain, anger, sadness, and fear. Once you have acknowledged your feelings, you can start to heal from them.
5. Gratitude is a powerful tool. When you focus on the things you are grateful for, it helps you to appreciate the good in your life and to let go of the negative.
6. Forgive yourself and others. Holding on to anger and resentment will only hurt you in the long run. Forgive yourself and others for the mistakes they have made. This will free you to move on with your life.
7. Find your purpose. What gives your life meaning? What are you passionate about? When you find your purpose, you will feel more fulfilled and alive.
8. Live in the present moment. Don't dwell on the past or worry about the future. Focus on the present moment and enjoy the beauty of life.
9. Be kind to yourself. Treat yourself with the same compassion and understanding that you would treat a friend. Be patient with yourself and allow yourself to heal at your own pace.
10. Never give up hope. No matter what you have been through, there is always hope for a better future. Never give up on yourself or your dreams.
Thank you & All the best!

In this city's clamor, neither sunlight nor shade, The journey so far, how much has it paid? Faces veiled behind the curtain of cleanliness, Why this hidden devilry, what's the depth of its darkness?
No delightful nights, no tales of old, Just one story told, life's story untold. Neither mine nor yours, just this abyss to bear, A profound journey through darkness, love's journey rare.
Where is the scent of earth, the trees' sheltering sway, Hands that extend, yet why does companionship stray? Why this place, a labyrinth of truth's haze, In the fog of reality, what's this journey's intricate phase?
Lost souls wander, seeking solace in the night, Echoes of silence, in the midst of the urban plight. Through the chaos, a glimmer of hope may shine, In the heart of darkness, a spark of love divine.
Let's hold hands, and brave the urban storm, Together we'll weather, in each other's form. In this city's maze, we'll find our way, Guided by love's light, through the night and day.

If you define yourself by anything outside of you… who are you when it’s taken away? That’s what often leaves people feeling broken and lost… This is easy to see in ROLES we play: Someone lose a job where their title was what mattered to them… People put all their worth in being a mom but are lost when their kids go away to school… It happens on break ups all the time (and understandably so…) Athletes? Experience this all the time when transitioning out of sport. It’s also easy to see in things we HAVE: “I’m the girl/guy with the abs…” (reminder, bodies change with age) “I’m the one who always has great hair…” (What happens when we start to lose our hair?) If you live with this quote in mind, it will remind you to always keep exploring who you are, what your core values are, and allow you to still feel whole when things you value (things *outside of you* that you value) start to change… because inevitably, they will change. (This doesn’t mean we shouldn’t value things outside of us… it means we should realize that we are still whole when things outside of us change. We should expect it to happen…but how do we prepare ourselves? Living by *these 2 assessments + 10 disciplines to help see your world in an entirely different way 🤍🖤 DM for more info.) #quotestoliveby #dailyquote #values #corevalues #whoareyou #whatdefinesyou #journeyoflife #internationallifecoach #breakuprecovery #breakupsarehard #breakingup #meaningfulrelationships #meaningfulwork #meaningfullife #stressless #lessstress #loweryourstress #stressmanagement #perspective #lifeperspective #changeyourperspective #howtochangeyourlife #relationshipcoach #lifelessons https://www.instagram.com/p/Coy3Fu7Ixfm/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Never ending.
Endings pound one's spirit and leaves an individual numb, left with weepy eyes. Individuals say, that endings lead to fresh start's. Definitely, it does yet some of the time it's difficult to relinquish your closest companion, relative, home, a most loved book or that extraordinary individual you generally need to clutch. It's a blend of feelings or like a close to home exciting ride. Endings are self-contradicting. Everything will undoubtedly reach a conclusion whether it's life, relationship, work, a book or a film. In any case, does it truly end there? It stays inside you, until the end of time. These things or individuals take gradually space in one's heart. Perhaps, they don't bound to end by any stretch of the imagination. Rather, they will generally live always in one's heart. Perhaps, these are the fresh starts individuals discuss. It adds a part in one's journal. It's wonderful how much an individual clutches recollections. About those pieces are assembled to finish a riddle. Each of the encounters, individuals, connections, pet's, work's, or side interests, completes an individual. That is the way an individual is sewed all together. At any point it's hard to let things go yet do we allow everything to go? Actually we don't. It stays inside us, until the end of time.

Reflecting on Our Journey! Part Two
“I remember the days of old; I meditate on all Your works; I consider the work of Your hands.” Psalm 143:5 Celebrating milestones fosters a spirit of perseverance within us. When we take the time to acknowledge and rejoice in our victories, we are encouraged to keep pressing forward in the face of new challenges. It becomes a source of motivation, reminding us that God’s strength is always…

Life is a journey that will end one day so enjoy it.
Yes, life is a journey that will end one day, so it is important to enjoy it. We should cherish the time we have and make the most of every moment. This means different things to different people, but it could involve:
Spending time with loved ones
Pursuing your passions
Experiencing new things
Making a difference in the world
Simply being present and enjoying the little things
It is also important to remember that life is full of ups and downs. There will be good times and bad times, but it is important to stay positive and keep moving forward. The journey is worth it, even when it is difficult.
Here are some tips for enjoying your life journey:
Be grateful for what you have. Take some time each day to appreciate the good things in your life, big or small. This could include your health, your family and friends, your home, or even a beautiful sunset.
Live in the present moment. It is easy to get caught up in the past or worry about the future, but the only moment that really matters is the present one. Try to focus on enjoying the here and now.
Don't be afraid to take risks. Life is too short to play it safe all the time. Sometimes, you need to take risks in order to grow and learn.
Spend time with people you love. Our relationships with others are one of the most important things in life. Make time for the people who matter most to you and let them know how much you care.
Give back to others. Helping others is a great way to find meaning and purpose in life. Volunteer your time to a cause you care about or simply do something nice for someone else.
Remember, the journey is the destination. Enjoy every step of the way.

In our journey through life, we typically perceive time in a linear fashion like a river flowing from past to present, then into the future. Memories serve as anchors, reminding us of where we've been, while our dreams and aspirations light the path ahead. There is a multidimensional perspective that can be applied here.
Imagine for a moment that our memories, both of past events and of potential futures, exist not in opposition but in harmony. While past memories feel tangible and real, the visions we have of possible futures are often dismissed as mere daydreams or products of our imagination. However, these glimpses of what might come to be can be seen as previews of potential realities, timelines just waiting to unfold.
Rather than judging these visions based on one's current circumstances, remain receptive to their guidance. Let them flow and do not apply thought or build upon them. You're merely viewing them; your attention is all that is required. The more we align with these potential outcomes, truly tuning into them, the more the universe will adjust, opening pathways for these visions to manifest in our reality.
Think of these future visions as a beacon, guiding us toward our desired destinies. This can be viewed as interfacing with the larger system as well. They're not just idle fantasies; they're signposts pointing the way. By seeing our experiences as a unified whole, not divided by past, present, or future, we empower ourselves to shape our lives in alignment with our deepest desires.
In this expansive view of time, every memory and vision, whether from the past or for the future, holds a purpose. Embrace this fluidity, and watch as the boundaries between what was, what is, and what could be begin to blur, leading you to a realm of infinite possibilities.
