ニューヨーク暑い日が続いております。来週はさらに暑くなるみたい。。。🔥

こんなときこそ、辛いものが食べたくなっちゃう自分。　という事でオシャレな四川料理屋さんに行っできました〜！🥡🥢🍻

豚バラ、ホタテ、筍、透明な麺、ゆば、野菜などを入れた汁無し鍋的なものを食べました。辛いけど癖になる感じでめちゃくちゃ美味しかった！

チャーハンも最高な味付けで、キンキンに冷えたビールが進む進む！

Getting very hot in NY…and will be even hotter next week!!!

I tend to crave for spicy food when it’s hot outside so I went to a cute, cozy and hip Chinese restaurant in Brooklyn yesterday! It’s famous for build your own Mala dry pot.

Ordered a hot pot with pork belly, scallops, bamboo shoots, tofu skim, glass noodles and veggies with a little spicy level.

It was pretty spicy but so much umami and texture and I’m glad I didn’t go for any spicier 😅

Their fried rice was also tasty!!! 😋 I love to try some other dishes next time like scallion pancakes , Dan Dan noodles and dumplings and more!!!

ニューヨークにある、グランドセントラル駅にいくと絶対的に買ってしまうもの。。

それは駅内のマーケットに入ってるシーフード屋さんで売られてる海鮮生春巻き。。。

色々種類があって、タイピーナッツシュリンプとか、今回はロブスターロールとマグロが入ったのを購入。

美味しすぎてかるく6本は食べられる！🤣

My absolute favorite thing to get every time when I’m at Grand central station is….

a Seafood summer roll at the market inside of the station!!! 🐟🦞🦐

I got lobster roll and tuna summer rolls today and they are soooooooo delicious that I can easily eat 6 of them! 😋

かなり久しぶりにハイキングに行きました〜！

マンハッタンから電車で80分。。。🚃

おにぎり買って、景色の良い場所で休憩。🍙🍙🍙

汗だくで2.5時間の登山完了✅　はー疲れた。

Went to Cold spring today for a day hike!

It only takes 80min from grand central!

Got rice balls from a Jaoanese grocery store and ate them on top of the mountain with such nice view!

Took about 2.5hr to finish the trail but was worth it! Great workout!!!

This time I was craving cookies that are guilt-free healthy and delicious…so I made oatmeal peanut butter chocolate chip cookies!! They are soft and chewy and super easy to make with just a few ingredients!

No butter, no cream, no sugar, no flour!

Came out soooo good and was hard to stop eating!

Kitty was very curious while making these cookies 🍪

あー、ひっさしぶりの生牡蠣！

半年ぶりくらい？🤔 24個ペロリと完食😋

冷えたロゼと、本当はパンとオリーブオイルが食べたかったけど、なくてフライドポテトのカレーソース付きに。満足満足〜な仕事終わりでした！🦪🥂

Been too long since I had oysters…so I asked my friend who loves oysters (I call him my oyster buddy since none of my friends can/ likes to eat oysters…) to go have some!

Wanted to have a nice bread and olive oil with oysters but they didn’t have it… 😦　so we got French fries with curry sauce instead!

Very much satisfied! 🦪🍾🥰

まずは目覚ましかけずに朝起床。

でも8時半には目覚めた。

からの、近所のカフェにてコーヒーと美味しいペストリー🥐ターイム！アー幸せ😌

Long weekend!! So I went to bed without setting an alarm clock last night…

but I woke up at 8:30am this morning after all 😮

Went to a neighborhood coffee shop and sat outside….sipping a nice cup of drip and nibble delicious pasties were perfect way to start my days off!!! ☕️🥐🙆🏻‍♀️

ニューヨークにMUJI cafe ができてたー！

中は昔のダイナー風でおしゃれ。(てかこの犬カッコ良すぎないか？)

玉子サンドやカツサンド、カレーやおにぎり等全部美味しいそー🤤

Went to Chelsea market in New York today…

There is MUJI cafe inside and looks very cool!!!

Kind of like an old diner style and they serve Japanese egg salad sandwich, pork katsu sandwich, curry, onigiri and many more delicious looking food!!

Very cool looking greyhound btw….

その後、ニューヨークのSohoにあるチョコレート屋さんで、めちゃくちゃ色んな味のあるマカロン発見。

アールグレイや柚子とか美味しそー! 🩷

And I went down to Soho and found this little chocolate shop! They have so many interesting sounding flavored macaroons. I got yuzu and earl grey tea flavored ones!! Great for a gift too ! 🍋
