add bibliography to my essay: OMG finally it took me around 2 hours to add the rest of the quotes + bibiliography to my essay. Will proofread it tomorrow for the last time and then finally send it

grocery shopping + making dinner: went grocery shopping but I haven't made dinner. It was and is way to hot for the dish that I planned plus I lack motivation to cook, so this will be something I can do the next days (hopefully)

read Dante: yea no. It's 8pm now and I won't read it today. I have my long uni day tomorrow , so that's also on tomorrow's agenda

add two notes to my digital garden: did it! It is always so much fun to sit down and reflect the stuff that I consumed. I come up with new perspectives and thoughts which I probably wouldn't even think of.

enjoy evening with flatmates: well, kind of? Had a little chat with one of them, but he just left and will come back tomorrow. My other flatmate isn't in town neither. Sounds like me time then (but I lowkey don't want to)

In all: I was so productive today, sure I wish that I could have read some of Dante's Inferno, but other things came in between. Got an email that I can pick up my ID (which I did + treated myself with two books !!), I folded the laundry, reloaded the dishwasher AND I answered emails. Good me, u go girl

Books on Libby have started disappearing.

My friend pointed it out first, and then I started noticing too. Why would books that multiple libraries definitely, 100% had digital access to a couple of months/weeks/days ago disappear?

Amazon is getting exclusive rights to them.

Ebooks that the public library once had digital copies of are now only available through Amazon. Audible boasts on their covers about Audible-exclusive audiobooks that did not used to be Audible-exclusive. Entire series and collections are disappearing overnight.

Keep your eyes on the privatization of media and your libraries.
