サワー種無しライ麦パン Rye bread WITHOUT sour dough 🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞 . 今日Zoom料理教室で生徒達と一緒にライ麦パンを作りました。 皆、お疲れ様〜🥳 このライ麦パンにはライ麦��以外に、スペルト小麦粉、全粒粉と強力粉も入っているから、サワー種無しでも作れる。それで、普通のライ麦パンより味はマイルドで、とてもジューシーで、フワフワです😁 ドイツにはスペルト小麦粉はとても人気のでスペルト小麦粉(Dinkekmehl)とスペルト小麦粉の全粒粉(Dinkelvollkornmehl)を生地に入れました。その上にひまわり種もとても美味しいので、それもたっぷり生地に入れました(最高の写真で良く見える)🌾🌾 . Today I made a rye bread WHITHOUT sour dough with my ZOOM class students. Since less than half of the flour is rye flour, you don't need sour dough. This does not only make it fast and easy to make, but also, compared to typical rye bread, a lot milder, softer and juicier😁🍞 I also used spelt flour and wholegrain spelt flour (Dinkelmehl). Spelt flour is not only very popular in Germany, it is also very healthy, especially compared to normal wheat. .
