From the heart of unimaginable suffering, I want to sincerely thank everyone who has supported my family ππ»
Right now, famine is hitting us harder than ever, my heart cries whenever I go to the market to buy any basic necessities! The prices are crazy, and most days my children survive on just bread Hunger and thirst are destroying us, and cooking on fire increases our suffering unbearably! Severe eye and chest sensitivity, in addition to constant stomach pain due to the type of food and the way it is cooked.
All this while we flee from one place to another in fear of bombing, bullets, and imminent danger! I cannot describe what I feel, but it is a feeling beyond exhaustion!
Despite the exhaustion, your support gives us strength and I hope you will not let us down

Help With New Workout Plan
Monday Morning: 3 hours walk 40 mins glute
Monday Evening: 30 mins Latin Dance Workout, 30 mins Abs
Tuesday Morning:3 hours walk 40 mins glute
Tuesday Evening: 50 HIIT Workout 10 mins stretch
Wednesday Morning:3 hours walk
Wednesday Evening: 1 hour glute workout
Thursday Morning:3 hours walk 40 mins glute
Thursday Evening: 10 mins Jump rope 30 mins HIP-HOP Dance 20 mins Walk
Friday Morning: 3 hours walk 40 mins glute
Friday Evening: 30 mins stretching, 30 mins full body
Saturday Morning: 3 hours walk
Saturday Evening: 1 hour glutes
Sunday Evening: 20 mins Pilates
The workouts are quite long because Iβm on vacation/ winter break so I have a lot of time at home and not a lot of hobbies and I need to get my steps and activity upβ¦
Any advice about what can be changed in this or what can be added would be appreciated π

Tomorrow/Today is the start of my weight loss journey so I will be using tumblr as my outlet and diary...I might check my weight every week or two weeks...
Starting Weight: 240lbs/108kg
Ideal Weight: 180lbs/70kg
Goal Weight To Loose: 50lbs/23kg
The time period should be 2 months... I know this seems unrealistic but I am going to try no matter what to succeed.

Rant: Weight Loss
Might Delete Later....
For as long as I can remember I have had weight trouble which has caused insecurity and low confidence...so on Nov 8th 2024 I will be starting a weight loss journey. I will be eating 200 cals per day and I know that sounds significantly low but I am 5'2 and 230lbs so I need to loose this weight fast... I also plan to do intensive cardio about 30 mins to an hour before I go to school and 1hour to 2 hours after I get home...Just wanted to type this out to remind myself... My goal is to see if it is possible to loose 50lbs in two months. If anyone sees this feel free to say anything any add your own advice or experiences. PS: Would appreciate it if someone gave me advise on how to restrict eating even when I'm hungry.
