Some days my old die hard jonrya soul feels like writing a little something. Today is one of those days, but I think I lost my creative flame. It's just sad really. I wish I could come up with something and just write it down as I used to.

I was trying to read some Zutara fanfics and I guess I'm too old for the "tortured teenage love affair" theme. The fic was good, well-written and overall engaging and coherent with the characters. What makes it difficult to read is the excess of post sex existential crisis, when both characters were single, willing and fully aware of their mutual feelings.

It's just my personal taste, but I would like to read about them actually being selfish and deciding to stay together despite everything else.

Does anyone have fanfic recommendations for me?

Going through old posts and Jon x Arya tags and content makes me so happy. I might not be active in the community anymore, but I'm so glad for the friends I've made and the laughs we shared.
