Hello! In this post, i wanted to talk about one of my favourite books of all time!🤍

"Metamorphosis" by Franz Kafka, a masterpiece of existential literature that delves into the depths of human psyche and societal alienation. Kafka's portrayal of Gregor Samsa's transformation into a grotesque insect is both disturbing and thought-provoking, inviting readers to grapple with themes of isolation, identity, and the absurdity of existence. Through Gregor's gradual estrangement from his family and society, Kafka confronts us with the unsettling realities of human relationships and the existential angst that accompanies our search for meaning in a seemingly indifferent world. The novella's surreal narrative and rich symbolism continue to resonate with readers, challenging them to confront the complexities of the human condition and the boundaries of empathy and understanding. This book gave me a lot to think about.. and I genuinely loved reading it!
