I started this page not knowing what it was going to be...

My first post stated that I didn't really have a clue why I was on here. I think that's changed. It occurred to me that this is a blogging page so blog I shall.

I get little to no interaction on this as is so I may as well convert it to a journal of sorts.

Fair warning to the one or two of you that follow my posts... You will not like what I have to say most of the time. This will have subject matters that include religion and POLITICS and I will speak deliberately on such matters. However, everything I write will be an honest, open, unfiltered, expression of my thoughts, my heart, my joys, my fears, my anger, my sorrow, my elation, my life, my experiences and my perception of it all as a whole.

I'm not doing this for attention or as a means to entertain people. This is not a popularity contest. No one is viewing my posts anyway.

I'm doing this for myself. There are things I must express so that my mind isn't plagued by them.

Open conversation between those that differ from one another is one of the greatest American values and it's a devastating that it has become controlled and demonized. I'm not sure we will survive if freedom of speech is further suffocated.

What conclusions do you draw? What are some of your assumptions?

Now, let me ask you something...

Were any of your thoughts gravitated towards "spiritual" or "biblical" conclusions? Doubtful. I've often been mistaken for a "satanist" a "atheist" and "agnostic".

Perhaps it's due to my black clothing, general vibe, musical tastes and artistic expression. True, I tend to be on the darker end of the creative spectrum but I assure you, I'm nothing you'd expect.

I believe in God... Yes, it's true. I believe I have a deep and profound walk with him. I talk with God everyday. Surprised? Most people are.

It's a common misbelief that in order to have a Godly relationship one must wear a certain type of uniform. Perhaps a suite and a tie or something basic, non threatening. It's a common misconception in order to share Christian beliefs you must belong to a church, denomination or some form of organized religion.

I reject all these notions. I'm no choir boy, saint, pastor or conformist.

I'm a deep thinker, fierce advocate of individuality, rebel, cultured, scholar of sorts, intellectual and I question everything.

In my pursuits of science, politics, nature, art, music, worldly and spiritual knowledge, I've had a true encounter with the creator. None of this, me, you, nature, astrology, the universe, all of it, is an accident. The formation is to mathematically perfect for creation to be coincidental. We are much to soulful just to be the product of a big bang. There's a universe within us all. We are spiritual beings. We are devine creations and each one of us is given a purpose. We exist for a specific reason. I truly believe that.

I may not belong to a church but I have a relationship with the creator. My sanctuary is nature. My worship is the music I write, acknowledgement and gratitude of all creation and it's immaculate beauty. My prayer is the conversations I have with God.

So... Take another look. You might be surprised at you see.
