Please, I’m trying to remember a fic I read a long while ago, the only things I can remember are that Drarry are dating and Dudley has a daughter who’s magical and a son who’s not. Dudley cut ties with his parents because of daughter, he wants help with magical world. Son eventually helps at a school Harry sets up for muggle family members, I think. Any help is SO appreciated! Hey so I was hoping you could help my find a post-war fic where everyone thought that harry died in the forest And that Harry’s ghost repeated his walk to his death at the same time everyday. Also in the fic Draco returned to Hogwarts as a professor and he decided to try and figure out what was really going on with the ghost harry. He eventually does a ritual or a spell, I can’t remember which exactly, and gets sent to the ethereal kings cross and finds Harry who stayed ther to watch over the horocrux so that it couldn’t hurt anyone else. Draco does convince him to return though. I believe it was posted on a03 but it easily could have been ff.net or Wattpad I use all three regularly, but a03 the most. Thanks

Hi! I am looking for a post-war drarry fic. Harry is a recluse/hermit and rarely goes outside. Draco goes to his house (as a curse breaker maybe? or an unspeakable?) and doesn't know Harry is there (I think). Eventually he starts piecing together that Harry is the mysterious owner. At some point I think Harry does something with Draco's dark mark (and there is also art for this on the author's page). Thank you!

Okay, I’m going to be fully transparent here and say I HATE the Harry Potter series and can’t stand Rowling (don’t @me). But for some reason I’ve been craving Potter/Malfoy fanfics lately, and this - this may well be one of the best fanfics I’ve ever read. Of any fandom. Hyperbole much? you may ask. They can't go into the bar because it's on fire and Taji is outside and he has *no idea* how this happened and meanwhile, lots of scowling giants are exchanging commiserating looks with each other.

Zarrin wouldn't set a bar on fire, he would just be *hurt* and suddenly no one in town would go to that bar anymore (but a few assholes) and it would close.

Mattin would quietly avoid the bar and never mention it and yet somehow (pink wine is involved) Jola gets the story out of him that people in the bar said horrible things, and then somehow, mysteriously, the bar is closed one day and no one ever hears from the bar owner again.

Izzy.... Izzy would assure his two worried knights that everything was fine, and then the bar owner's banking info would be posted online *somehow* and no one would have any idea how it happened, and since he isn't paying his vendors, guess he can't stay open. Shame.

I don’t know what writer needs to hear this

but you can write something very plain. 

You don’t have to write some genre-redefining masterpiece. You can write a story about two people very simply falling in love. You can just write a story about a person going to the store. You could, if you were so inclined, just re-write Star Wars but like, make all the names start with M.

Don’t let the fear of not-writing something transcendent stop you from just writing.
