Paleo Pancakes 4 servings Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 cup mashed bananas (2 bananas) 3-4 eggs 1 cup water or almond milk 1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter Maple syrup Preheat skillet with coconut oil. In small bowl, combine almond flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. In separate bowl, whisk together bananas and eggs until thoroughly combined. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well. Add almond milk as needed. Ladle 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto preheated skillet. Cook until brown on both sides. Serve with maple syrup.
