Golden Sun Entry 004

Today in Golden Sun!

Advancing to the story, i head to Kolima Forest. There, the 2 Spirit Tree resides. One of them Tret, has been compromised by evil energy. That caused Tret to curse all people in Kolima town into trees. So his friend asked my party to help Tret to regain his old self.

To reach Tret, there's several simple puzzle needed to solve.

After reaching Tret, I'm able to enter his inside. Again, several puzzles solved in order to reach to the top.

Along the way, I'm encountered with Jupiter Djinni, Breeze. Fight it and beat it in order to have it join my party.

At the top of the tree, the battle with Tret begins! He's tough, but all i need to do is spamming elemental attacks on him.

After Tret was beaten, he regain his old self, and wanted to undo the curse before the people of Kolima actually started dying! But due to the battle, he don't have the strength to do it and Tret might die!

So it up to me to heal him and reverse the curse kn Kolima people!

Pokemon Red Version Entry 025

Today in Pokemon Red!

Arrived at Fuchsia City! This where the famous Safari Zone located!

Im straightaway challenging the gym in this city. The leader is Koga, a Ninja Pokemon Trainer. He specializes in Pokemon that can give status abnormality like sleep and poison.

Beat him and obtain the Soulbadge, as well as TM Toxic.

After the gym, i went to the Safari Zone. This place is crucial in order to obtain HM03 Surf, since the next area in the quest is across the sea!

Ace Attorney- Phoenix Wright Entry 003

Today in AAPW!

Today is the trial day for Maya Fey. The prosecutor is Edgeworth, a famous lawyer that always got his verdicts. So i will be up against him in this trial.

So as the trial begin, there were some questionable stuff from the witness.

First is the autopsy report. Det. Gumshoe claimed that Mia, the victim, wrote Maya's name in the receipt before she died. But the autopsy report said Mia was died instantly. However this was rebuked by Edgewoeth saying there was an updated version of the report. Sounds fishy.

Second, the witness April May showed many lies in his testimony. She get caught saying the murder weapon- The Thinker clock statue is a clock, and claiming she heard the clock sound, eventough the clockwork was all emptied from the statue.

She also get caught wiretapping the conversation between Mia and Maya.

After being exposed, she become scary, like crazy scary.

The climax of this trial is when questioning the third witness- the bellboy. He claimed that there was other person besides April May in the hotel room she staying at. But this was not mentiom earlier becauss Edgeworth dont want the bellboy to mention it if no one asked. So this showed that Edgeworth is playing dirty.

As the result of the trial, April May was arrested.

For next story, i need to interview April May regarding the second man that was with her, the potential murderer.

The Legend of Zelda- Link's Awakening Entry 011

Today in TLOZLA!

I progreesing with the quest to the 4th dungeon, Angler's Tunnel! But before that, i need to do several little task such as finding secret seashells, and trade pineapple for the hibiscus- dont know the purpose of this item yet.

Enter the Angler's Tunnel! I read that this tunnel will get Link the ability to swim! Looking forward for this!

Encounter a miniboss. This miniboss is quite easy, since all it do is charge at you blindly. I just use Roc's Feather to avoid it, and hit its shell several times.

Yeay! Finally got the Flippers! Now i can swim! Really helped solving a lot of problem in this dungeon. After venturing further, i got the Nightmare Key to the Boss chamber.

The boss in this dungeon is Angler Fish. Its just basically a big ass fish. All it do is charging at Link, but it is very easy to avoid it. Sometime it called its goon, the little fishes but its no problem at all. After beating the Boss, i got a Heart Container as the reward. It gave me one additional heart!

Resurface again and move to the next chamber where the fourth instrument was located! The Surf Harp!

Octopath Traveler Entry 022

Today in Octopath Traveler!

Now i will be progressing with Primrose Chapter 2 quest! The location is in Stillsnow town. Primrose is in a quest to search her father's killers, the 3 men whose arm bear the mark of the crow. She followed a map that lead to Stillsnow, the first man.

The story started with Primrose performing on the stage at the local tavern. There, she met with her ex-maid Arianna, who is now working as a whore. She did mention that her boss has the same mark that Primrose searched.

In order to get near with the brothel's Boss, Primrose ride in together with Arianna to the brothel.

The man she seeks named Rufus. He indeed killed Primrose father. So Primrose confronted him!

Rufus is easy. He called his 2 goons, but its not gonna change anything. Most of their attacks dont land, and most of their weakness were covered in my party. All in all no challenge at all.

Before he dies, he gave his final words to Primrose. Now that one of the men dead, she must continue her quest to find the next culprit.

Octopath Traveler Entry 021

Today in Octopath Traveler!

Continue for Therion Chapter 2 quest in Noblecourt. Here, he need to find the ruby dragonstone as per agreement with the butler. Upon entering the town, there are rumours about Orlick, a weird scholar that researches on gemstones.

Therion further to gather information in the tavern. He heard the story about Orlick. Turns out he had an assistant that got separated due to difference in ideology. The assistant name's Barham.

Meet with Barham and cut a deal with him. For exchange of entry to Orlick's Manse, Therion need to gather 3 material for Barham's experiment. Then Barham gave the password to enter the mansion.

Arrived at Orlick's Manse. He really sounds crazy. Barham just advise him not to get obsessed with the ruby. He thought that the ruby possessed him.

Because of the anger knowing Therion want to steal the ruby, a battle ensues!

Orlick as the Boss for chapter 2 is not so threatening. He got 8 shield point, and 2 goons. My party evasion is insanely well this time, because most of Orlick's attacks dont land. I destroyed his 2 goons first, then proceed to beat Orlick. Then after the battle, the ruby is safely secured.

So Therion went back to Boulderfall to send the ruby to Heathcote. The next target is the emerald, located in Wellspring.

The Legend Of Zelda- Link's Awakening Entry 010

Today in TLOZLA!

The next dungeon in this adventure is gonna be a bit different since we need to gather information on how to open the passage to the dungeon. Went to the library and fetch a weird book on thr top shelf about "The Hidden Power Of Color".

The passage is under the gravestones! There is a specific sequence that i need to arrange the gravestone in order to unlock the entrance. While doing that, i got an arrow! Although i dont have the bow yet.

Enter the Color Dungeon! This dungeon is pretty straightforward, no crazy puzzles or anything. Although they had you to fight 2 minibosses.

The blue one has the ability to transform into a big green Zol with electric power. Just need to spray some magic dust to revert it back to its blue form then hit it 8 times to destroy it.

The golem is the second mini boss. It has the ability to stomp the ground and causing boulders to fall, damaging Link. Other than that, it can be beaten by normal hitting it.

After fight, i eventually got the Nightmare Key to the Final Boss room. Its a Hardhat Beetle! Gotta say this is the toughest one yet.

It has the ability to launch a star shaped beam at you, and when in a pinch, it will summon several skeleton mobs to destroy you. The trick to defeating him is to hit the shell. The shell will be changed colour everytime it got hit. Blue is the normal colour. Until the shell is fully red, this boss is invincible! Oh i gotta hit it constantly because it can revert its shell's color to blue again!

Eventually i beat it (die once). As the reward, I've given the choice for Red or Blue Mail. Red for increasing attack power, while Blue for increasing defense power. I chose Blue.

Its been a while since i posted entry about this game. Its just i just doing another Life and nothing interesting happened. Now im a Cook!

I've collected enough Bliss so i exchanged them for some in game benefits!

Movie Review 007- The Game (1997)

For movie review harini, aku tgok The Game- lakonan Michael Douglas and Sean Penn, direct by David Fincher. Barisan pelakon yg hebat!

Movie ni pasal seorang banker nama Nicholas yg hidup dia keseorangan. Dia ni someone yg kurang empati, selfish and so on. Oh dia kaya.

One day, adik dia Conrad, dtg jumpa dia over lunch and dia bagi voucher kat Nicholas. Voucher ni utk CRS- satu organisasi yg buat game utk anyone yg participate. Nicholas terjebak dgn game ni and bermulalah hal pelik pelik jadi

So cerita ni jatuh ke genre thriller. Memula cerita ni starts slow, mainly nak tunjuk life si Nicholas ni. But start dia participate game ni, haa baru aku hooked.

Si Nicholas kena mcm mcm- hampir kena bunuh, duit semua lesap, and kena tanam hidup hidup, rumah kena rompak bla bla. Sampai satu level dia dah xde apa apa. Semua angkara CRS tu. Dari apa yg dia tau, CRS ni sebenarnya organisasi yg target org kaya mcm dia, untuk rembat semua harta dia, and bila dia dah xde pape, diorang bunuh target tu.

Aku pun memula terpengaruh dgn idea ni, sampailah nak ke akhir cerita. Last last, semua benda yg Nicholas kena tu- hanyalah elaborate prank in bigass scale! And CRS mmg company yg buat birthday party gila mcm ni! Aku mcm shiiiiiiitttttttt mende sial?

Anyway, cerita dia mmg baik. Aku sampai invested dgn idea ni, pastu akhir cerita mmg plot twist. Tapi xde la berat mana pun cerita nak nak compare dgn Maharaja tu.

So rating aku- 4/5⭐

Ace Attorney- Phoenix Wright Entry 002

Today in AAPW!

Now im on Episode 2!

Mia Fey, the boss of Phoenix suddenly got murdered! During the time Phoenix found her body, a girl was beside her corpse. Seems that Mia has been struck by a blunt object and died instantly.

Man, Mia is my crush! Now she dead? 😣

Important Person 1- this is Maya Fey, Mia's younger sister. She's just happened to be at the office of her sister for dinner, but now her sister dead.

Important Person 2- Detective Gumshoe (weird name), shortly arrived at the scene and he blantantly accused Maya for murdering her sister. And, she was arrested on the spot. Gumshoe will be the witness in the trial.

Important Person 2,3,4

2- this is April May, the sole witness of the murder. She straightup saw the scene from her hotel room that is just in front of the office.

3- Grossberg is a top lawyer. Maya asked Phoenix to ask Grossberg to be her lawyer for this case, because Mia once said to Maya if she's in trouble, Grossberg is the person you find. However, he outright refused to take the case. Jerk.

4- Bellboy (name still unknown) is the staff of the hotel that April May stayed in. He also become the witness during the trial.

This is all the evidence that Phoenix gathered.

-a receipt with 'Maya' written on, with blood. Maybe Mia's blood.

-Maya's cellphone. This contain their last conversation before the murder.

Anyway, Phoenix decided to take on the case and defend Maya's innocence. Next will be the trial for Maya.

Golden Sun Entry 003

Today in Golden Sun!

My party venture out to Bilibin Barricade, a barricade that the King placed in other to avoid townfolk from entering the cursed area, Kolima. Passed the barricade, enter the cursed town and a cutscene triggered.

All the folk here have been cursed to a tree! This is because they harm the holy tree and this is the consequences. My party nearly got cursed too!

After saved from the cursed, my party decided to help the folks in Kolima village to undo the curse. But before we do that, we need to prepare ourselves!

First we encountered the fourth Djinni, Granite, he is an Earth-type.

After that we went out of the village to search some treasure, got Turtle boots. I noticed i dont upgrade my party's equipment yet and im low on coins. God, this game gave so little coins! So i need to grind.

On to the next adventure!!!

Just doing some side questing. Getting HM02 (Fly), waking up another Snorlax and redeeming the Bike Voucher for a bike (which u supposed to do a long time ago)

Next i will be ready to take on the next Gym!

Octopath Traveler Entry 020

Today in Octopath Traveler!

I changed my party for a new lineup. Now it consists of Olberic (my main), Ha'anit, Therion and Primrose.

So after preparing them for chapter 2 quests, i started with Ha'anit's first.

So she arrived at Stonegard, in search for her master Z'aanta. Her master befriended Natalia, the wife of his best friend. His best friend have died so master Z'aanta come to Stonegard to check up on her.

Ha'anit asked Natalia about his whereabouts. Unfortunately, Natalia didn't knew much. All she knew that Z'aanta went out for hunting but never return. Sk Ha'anit went to the forest to search for his trail.

The only way to the forest is blocked. She found a shortcut, but there was an elder tree blocking. She provokes the tree then a battle happened. This is some sort like a mini boss.

After beating up the elder tree, Ha'anit enter the forest. During her search, she was confrinted by the Forest Lord. This is the boss for Ha'anit's chapter 2!

This boss is quite easy of you are leveled up enough. Its main weakness is fire, which is a specialty for Primrose. However, at certain stages, it can reshuffle its weaknees and even adding more shield! Not to mention it can summon up to 2 goons to protect it!

After the battle, Ha'anit eventually found her master. But sadly, Z'aanta was petrified. This is the Redeye's doing. Ha'anit vows to avenge her master.

So that concludes Ha'anit chapter 2. Next i will proceed with Therion.

The Legend Of Zelda- Link's Awakening Entry 009

Today in TLOZLA!

Backtrack from Key Cavern and do some sidequesting. Arrived at Dream Shine and obtain an Ocarina in the dungeon!

Meet with Marin, she sang a song and i played the ocarina. So cute!

Went to Animal Village. Here, i traded honeycomb for a pineapple. Dont know what it used for. Yet. Then further there was a walrus that was sleeping. Similar to Pokemon Red, i need to wake it up by using music. For this, i need Marin with me.

Bring along Marin with me and succesfully waking upbthe walrus. When the walrus is out of my way, i venture further.

Met a mini Boss. A centipede like creature, dwelling in a quicksand. Its head is the only part that is hittable, so after 5-6 hits i managed to beat him. After that, i collapsed into the quicksand, amd there was a key to the next dungeon- Angler Key!
