Real Tips for Procrastination Girls
I don’t have Instagram, Snapchat, or any type of social app—except Pinterest, Tumblr, and YouTube—and honestly, I highly recommend it.
I used to spend hours scrolling through reels, feeling bad because of constant comparison, or getting random messages from people I didn’t even want in my life.
A few months ago, I deleted everything, and while I still procrastinate sometimes, the amount of time I spend on my phone has dropped drastically.
Now, I go to work, hit the gym, watch some YouTube when I need to relax, and use Pinterest or Tumblr for inspiration to keep leveling up and being that girl. That’s it.
Life isn’t about likes or people watching your every move. Being private is actually so empowering.

Soleau Club is Entering a New Era
Soleau Club has always been about transformation and now, the brand itself is transforming.
Recently, Soleau Club was acquired by a private group of investors who see the vision as clearly as I do. While I remain the founder and creative voice behind the brand, I’ve stepped back from full control to let it grow into something more expansive, more refined.
As part of that evolution, all previous blog content has been archived. The wellness guides, the how-to’s, the little rituals; they were beautiful, but they belonged to a different version of this space.
What’s next will feel different.
More curated. More intentional.
Less tutorial, more editorial.
Less step-by-step, more lifestyle you step into.
Thank you for growing with me and for trusting the quiet moments in between.
The new era of Soleau Club is on its way.
With love,
Founder of Soleau Club

The 7-Day Self-Care Challenge: Wellness Girl Edition
by Soleau Club / www.soleauclub.com / @soleauclub

Taking care of yourself isn't a luxury—it’s a non-negotiable. But instead of throwing around the same old 'take a bubble bath' advice, let’s go deeper. This 7-day self-care challenge is for the girl who’s ready to elevate her life and truly embody the wellness queen she aspires to be. Each day, we’re focusing on one major area of self-care—so grab your journal, clear your schedule, and get ready to feel like that girl.
Day 1: Mental Detox Clear out the mental clutter. Unfollow anyone on social media who makes you feel less than amazing, organize your to-do list for the week, and write down three things you’re grateful for. Bonus: Sip on electrolyte powder while you work—staying hydrated helps your brain stay sharp.
Day 2: Digital Detox Your phone is low-key draining you. Today, put your phone on Do Not Disturb for at least 3 hours. Use that time to read, journal, or just sit in silence. Feel free to lay out on your yoga mat and do some light stretching while you’re at it.
Day 3: Nourish Your Body Instead of obsessing over what to avoid, focus on what to add. Pack yourself a vibrant, nutrient-packed lunch in a bento box—think quinoa, avocado, and grilled veggies. The goal? Eat mindfully and feel energized.
Day 4: Move With Intention We’re not doing this to punish our bodies—we’re doing it to celebrate them. Put on your favorite playlist and flow through a 30-minute Pilates session on your yoga mat. Breathe deeply and focus on how each movement makes you feel.
Day 5: Reconnect with Yourself Take yourself on a solo date. Go to a coffee shop, bring a good book, and sit outside. Let yourself just exist without needing to be 'on.' And if you’re feeling extra zen, take sleep gummies tonight and melt into your coziest sheets.
Day 6: Skin & Soul Dedicate this day to a deep skincare routine. Do a face mask, exfoliate, and moisturize every inch of your body. As you’re pampering yourself, think about three things you love about yourself. This is a time to recharge, not pick yourself apart.
Day 7: Reflect & Reset Get your journal and answer these questions: What did you learn this week? What habits made you feel your best? What will you keep doing moving forward? This is your chance to set some new intentions and go into next week feeling more aligned than ever.
Ready to keep the vibe going? Follow Soleau Club on Tumblr for more in-depth wellness guides, and check out our YouTube channel every Sunday for fresh content. And if you’re not already, catch us on TikTok and Instagram (@soleauclub) to stay inspired every day.

girl, when you feel exhausted, here’s what you should do:
✧ turn off the noise (phone, people, pressure)
✧ take a hot shower – let it wash the stress off
✧ wear your favorite soft clothes
✧ light a candle, dim the lights
✧ drink water, not just coffee
✧ write down how you feel — don’t judge it
✧ read 2 pages of that book you keep putting off
✧ tell yourself: “i’m not lazy. i’m tired. and i’m healing.”
✧ rest. not just to function — but to feel alive again.
🩷 you don’t need to earn rest. you deserve it, babe.

I Did Nothing But Walk, Stretch, and Juice for 72 Hours—This Is What Shifted
by Soleau Club / www.soleauclub.com

This wasn’t one of those "accidentally on a cleanse because life spiraled" moments. I chose this. Three days, no hardcore workouts, no caffeine highs, no stressy to-do lists disguised as “self-care.” Just walks, stretches, fresh juices, and a promise to slow the hell down.
Here’s what happened when I pressed pause on everything… and let my body lead:
Day 1: My Nervous System Was Like… “Girl, What?”
I won’t lie—my brain was screaming for its usual dopamine hits (hello, oat milk latte + inbox zero grind). But instead, I slipped on a matching set, made a green juice, and walked. Slowly. No podcast. No calls. Just me, the trees, and the subtle panic of not being productive.
That walk felt boring… until it didn’t. Somewhere around minute 26, I realized I was actually breathing. Fully. My shoulders dropped. My jaw unclenched. My thoughts softened.
Later, I did a 15-minute stretch with incense going. And suddenly, the quiet didn’t feel threatening. It felt sacred.
Day 2: My Bloat Ghosted Me
Okay, so walking + juicing = the kind of digestion I usually only get after acupuncture, a lymphatic massage, and divine intervention.
My go-to juice lineup:
Celery + cucumber + lemon + aloe: basically skincare in a glass
Beet + carrot + ginger: energy without the crash
Watermelon + mint + lime: bloat who?
I kept walking 2-3 times a day, 30 mins each, and followed every walk with deep stretches. I wasn’t chasing sweat—I was chasing flow. And I swear my stomach went from meh to model-off-duty in 36 hours.
Day 3: The Energy Shift Was Unreal
By day three, I woke up light. No fog, no puff, no urgency to rush through the day. My skin looked glassy. My thoughts weren’t racing. I was hydrated, clear, and kinda floaty—in the best way.
My energy wasn’t hyped, it was hum. Like a smooth, grounded frequency that had me organizing my space, cooking cute meals, texting people back (with love), and feeling really in my body.
What Shifted (Besides My Entire Vibe)
My cravings vanished. I wasn’t hungry for junk—I was hungry for movement, hydration, and peace.
I realized how much I was overexerting. For what? For who? The world didn’t fall apart while I rested. It got quieter. Better.
My body thanked me. Not with abs, but with ease. A whole different flex.
This wasn’t about weight loss or discipline. It was about clearing space—in my body, my mind, and my schedule. Sometimes, a reset isn’t about doing more. It’s about remembering who you are underneath the noise.

Guide : Start becoming that girl

Stop dreaming. Start acting.
It’s time to stop fantasizing about the life you want and actually start building it.
Grab a cute planner—digital or paper, whatever works for you—and begin visualizing your dream life. That’s how it starts.
✨ And remember: you don’t have to do everything perfectly from day one. Becoming that girl takes time. It’s a process, not a race.
⸻
Step 1: Build your foundation
🥗 Nourish your body
You don’t need to completely change your diet overnight. Just start with small, sustainable changes:
• Drink more water and green tea
• Reduce processed sugar and saturated fats
• Listen to your body and feed it with care
🧘🏻♀️ Move your body
Working out is one of the most powerful mindset shifters. Yes, it’s hard at first—but it’s so worth it.
Start with short, gentle Pilates sessions. Here are some creators I love:
Nicola’s Pilates, Hinafit, Shirlyn Kim, and Celamarr — their videos are beginner-friendly and super motivating.
Aim for 20 minutes, 3 times a week. That’s more than enough to feel a difference.
🧖♀️ Skincare is self-care
You don’t need a 10-step routine. Start simple:
• Cleanse and moisturize twice a day
• Cerave is a great, gentle brand
• Pure aloe vera works wonders for oily/acne-prone skin
• Always remove your makeup before bed—your skin deserves rest too
⸻
Step 2: Boost your hygiene & wellness
🪥 Brush your teeth and your tongue twice a day. Use a mouthwash (but check the instructions—some are only once daily).
💤 Prioritize sleep. This is a non-negotiable.
Try to get 7–8 hours of sleep per night. You’ll feel and look the difference.
Avoid screens before bed—read a self-development book, a glow-up guide, or even a cute romance novel. Just something you enjoy.
⸻
Step 3: Plan. Romanticize. Level up.
📔 Planning helps you feel in control and motivated. Use a planner you love looking at—it makes a huge difference.
🌸 Romanticize everything. The process, the tiny steps, the “boring” parts.
Fall in love with your aesthetic and your goals.
Be obsessed with your glow-up—not in a toxic, perfectionist way—but in a beautiful, empowering way that fuels you.
🎧 Watch inspiring content (The Wizard Liz is a queen), listen to “bad bitch” playlists, and surround yourself with energy that makes you feel unstoppable.
⸻
Final reminder:
You can be that girl too.
You deserve to feel good in your body, your mind, and your life.
Just start. The rest will follow. 💖
