The Call for Real Change and Growth in 2025
Community of Change-Makers,
Today, I’m reaching out to each of you—not just as individuals but as a powerful collective capable of driving real, meaningful change. The time has come for us to take the steps necessary to redefine our futures and rewrite the stories of those who come after us.
We’re not just talking about making small adjustments. This is about transformation—embracing the tools, knowledge, and strategies that will unlock the financial independence, stability, and prosperity we all deserve. Someone in your immediate circle—a friend, a colleague, a family member—is seeking this change. They’re desperate for it, and you have the power to be the trusted voice that inspires them.
All I’m asking is simple: join the conversation, share our content, and embrace the hashtag #MakeTime.
By doing so, you’re planting the seeds of opportunity for yourself and those around you. When knowledge is shared, it grows, and when opportunities are embraced, they multiply.
2025 is the year of transformation—the year of great success, endless possibilities, and abundant opportunities for anyone willing to take that first step. Ten years ago, I returned to my hometown of Yonkers, New York, with a mission to help adults resolve credit-related concerns. What I discovered was a much deeper, systemic misunderstanding of our financial system—one that has held back tens, if not hundreds, of millions of citizens from the promises of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
But here’s the good news: we can change this.
Our greatest asset, the youth of color in marginalized communities, teamed with the great equalizers—day trading, financial literacy, and understanding how money works—have the potential to rewrite history. Generation Alpha and the generations to come are uniquely positioned to correct the mistakes of the past, but they need a solid foundation. That foundation starts with us.
This isn’t about me. It’s about the future. It’s about equipping the next generation of leaders with the tools to achieve a stable, prosperous financial future.
So I urge you:
• Read, like, follow, and share our content.
https://open.substack.com/pub/tyroneglover/p/welcome-to-2025-building-wealth-stability?r=1rkcyh&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=true
• Embrace the hashtag #MakeTime because this work is too important to delay.
• Be the catalyst for change in your community and in the lives of those you care about.
The moment for action is now. Together, let’s build a brighter, stronger, and more financially empowered future for all.
With gratitude and determination,
Tyrone Glover

Why Haven’t You Read My Latest SubStack Article? It’s Time to Wake the Sleeping Giant!
Dear Readers, Students, Parents, Teachers, Administrators, Philanthropists, Donors, Nonprofits, Politicians, Business Owners, and Leaders,
I have one question for all of you: Why haven’t you read my latest SubStack article, Day Trading: A New Game Changer For Youth of Color in Marginalized Communities? Or any of my other articles for that matter?
https://open.substack.com/pub/tyroneglover/p/day-trading-a-new-game-changer-for?r=1rkcyh&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=true
For those of you who have taken the time to read them—thank you! I’d love to hear your thoughts and opinions, though whether or not they align with mine is beside the point. It’s more important that we’ve sparked a conversation, a much-needed one about the future of our most vulnerable asset: Youth of Color in Marginalized Communities.
The truth is, this isn’t just an article; it’s a wake-up call. It’s time for us all to realize the potential we are wasting, the opportunities we are missing to empower these young people. Financial literacy, investing, and day trading are no longer luxuries—they’re necessities if we want to level the playing field for these communities.
But let’s face it—our system, as it stands, has failed them. We’ve seen leaders who could have been champions for change, but instead, they chose selfishness, arrogance, and lies over the well-being of the people they swore to serve. Donald Trump, with all the potential to lead, chose instead to destroy, to divide, to betray the trust of the very people who believed in him. On the other hand, I have hope in Vice President Kamala Harris—someone I believe has the heart of a patriot and the courage to lead for all Americans.
This upcoming election presents us with a stark contrast: one path that promises division and the erosion of democracy, and another that stands for unity and genuine service to We The People. Our choice has never been clearer. To those who still believe that Trump offers something worthwhile, I ask you: Is your vote truly worth the betrayal of your daughters, your mothers, your sisters, and your future?
To my fellow Americans, to our immigrant brothers and sisters who have built this nation alongside slaves who toiled for free while others profited: you are not the reason for our country’s failures. The blame lies squarely on the shoulders of those who have exploited you, who have spread lies, and profited from division. It is time for those who have manipulated and deceived to retire into oblivion, where their names will be spoken no more.
So, I urge you—read, share, follow, engage, and comment on this article and the conversations we need to have. It’s time we move forward as a nation. Stay safe, travel well, and most importantly, vote like democracy depends on it—because this time, it truly does.
In solidarity,

Overcoming Unprecedented: A Call to Action for Defending Democracy
Dear Followers and Potential Clients,
I hope this post finds you and yours in good health and high spirits. Today, I write to you with a sense of urgency and a call to action. Our democracy, our rule of law, and our way of life are under threat, and it is imperative that we unite in the face of this unprecedented challenge. I invite you to join me on a journey of enlightenment and empowerment through my SubStack articles, aptly titled "Overcoming Unprecedented."
Tumblr media
In the wake of the recent events surrounding former President Donald Trump, it has become abundantly clear that our democracy is at a crossroads. The incitement of an insurrection, the erosion of trust in our institutions, and the blatant disregard for the principles that our nation was built upon are all alarming signs of a system in crisis. How can a court acknowledge his role in inciting an insurrection, yet allow him to remain on the ballot in 2024? This contradiction demands our attention and action.
The Constitution, a document that has guided our nation for centuries, may at times be open to interpretation. However, when it comes to the threat posed by Trump and his followers, it is unequivocally clear. We cannot allow a man who has shown such disregard for our democracy to continue to hold power. It is our duty as citizens to hold our elected officials accountable and demand that they take action.
But this fight is not just about Trump. It is about the larger forces at play that have allowed him to rise to power and maintain a grip on our political landscape. It is about the corruption, manipulation, and deception that have infiltrated our institutions. It is about the fear that has silenced those who should be standing up for what is right. It is about the erosion of our values and the need to reclaim them.
Through my SubStack articles, I aim to shed light on these issues and provide a platform for meaningful dialogue and action. I will delve into the complexities of our democracy, the flaws in our legal system, and the importance of holding those in power accountable. Together, we will explore the path to overcoming this unprecedented challenge and ensuring a brighter future for our nation.
Tumblr media
I invite you to join me on this journey of enlightenment and empowerment. Together, we can make a difference. Share my articles with your friends, family, and colleagues. Engage in conversations that challenge the status quo and demand accountability. Let us be the voice that speaks truth to power and paves the way for a stronger, more resilient democracy.
In closing, I want to remind you that we, the people, hold the power to shape our future. Just as karma has a way of catching up with those who have aided and comforted the threat to our democracy, we too have the power to hold them accountable. Let us stand together, united in our pursuit of justice, and overcome this unprecedented challenge.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to embarking on this journey with you.
Warm regards,
Tyrone Glover

Rebuilding Trust and Reigniting Democracy: The Imperative Discourse
Our nation stands at a pivotal juncture in history. Decades of deceit, misinformation, corruption, and manipulation have eroded the very foundations of trust upon which the United States was built. This article embarks on a journey to dissect the pernicious impact of these practices by those whom we, the people, entrusted with our well-being and the future of our great nation.
The individuals we elected as officials, the captains of industry, corporate leaders, presidents, presidential candidates, professionals, regulatory bodies, and legislators at all levels, as well as unions, have participated in a grand scheme that has been in development for decades, if not centuries. It is a blueprint designed to deceive, plunder, and strip the wealth, including generational wealth, of hundreds of millions of Americans. All it awaited was the opportune moment, the rise of the narcissistic, conning, would-be dictator who believed himself to be the sharpest tool in the shed. This individual sought to reshape the legal system into a weapon, pitting lawyers against the very judicial system they had sworn to protect.
Tumblr media
Elite institutions like Princeton, Yale, Harvard University, University of Chicago, University of Pennsylvania, New York University, Columbia University, Duke University, UC Berkeley, University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, Stanford University, and others have become breeding grounds for those who have grown intoxicated with their perceived superiority. This attitude seeps into the corridors of power, where they assume roles as legislators, corporate executives, elected officials, mayors, and governors, operating above the law, bending rules to their will. They evolve into manipulators of justice, perpetuating a culture of disdain for the rule of law.
Today, this article seeks to initiate the crucial conversation that our nation so desperately needs. We invite individuals from all walks of life—African Americans, Hispanics, Whites, immigrant-born Americans, MAGA supporters, Republicans, Democrats, Independents, Moderates, Liberals, Conservatives, those on the far right, and those on the far left—to join this discourse. This conversation is open to all, but it is principally for those who are determined, resolute, committed, and dedicated to finding solutions.
To those who are content with the status quo and continue to tolerate the intolerable, this article may not be for you. The conversation we commence is one of transformation, reconciliation, and the collective voice of "we the people." The compassionate, the caring, and the like-minded among us are taking the reins to challenge a system of law, academia, and business that has fractured our nation like never before. The centuries of chipping away at our democracy must come to an end.
The question posed to all Americans, regardless of background or affiliation, is simple: Are you prepared for an essential adult conversation? For I am.
The Fabric of Deceit
This article unveils the complex web of deception, misinformation, and corruption that has ensnared our nation. It highlights how these practices, perpetrated by those we trusted the most, have sown the seeds of division and mistrust among the American people.
The Grand Machination of Manipulation
The scheming that led to our current state did not happen overnight. It is a grand design, crafted over decades, perhaps centuries, aimed at manipulating and exploiting the trust of the masses. Elected officials, business leaders, corporate America, and even presidential candidates have played their parts in a well-choreographed performance.
Corruption and Wealth Appropriation
The grand plan's ultimate objective is the unlawful extraction of wealth from millions of unsuspecting Americans. It seeks to pilfer not only their hard-earned money but also the generational wealth meant to secure the future of their families.
The Ascent of the Opportunist
The blueprint was merely awaiting the emergence of an opportunist, a narcissist who believed himself to be the smartest individual in the nation. This self-proclaimed genius aimed to bend the legal system to his will and set lawyers against the very judiciary they had sworn to uphold.
The Canker of Elite Institutions
Institutions like Princeton, Yale, Harvard University, and many others, often revered for their prestige and recognition, have become hotbeds of entitlement and arrogance. Graduates who emerge from these esteemed institutions carry with them an air of superiority that infiltrates our corridors of power and infests our political, corporate, and public offices.
A Breeding Ground for Manipulators
Elite universities cultivate a culture of intellectual elitism that perpetuates a distorted sense of self-importance. Graduates often exhibit a disdain for those who have not attended these exclusive institutions.
The Privileged Few
Those who emerge from elite institutions are disproportionately overrepresented in positions of power. They often disregard the rule of law, immune to the consequences of their actions.
The Infiltration of Seats of Power
Elite graduates permeate positions of influence across society, from legislators and corporate executives to elected officials and governors. This infiltration has created a class of manipulators who feel empowered to operate above the law and bend rules at will.
Initiating the Imperative Discourse
In this final section, the article extends a clarion call to action. It invites all Americans to partake in an essential conversation aimed at reshaping the course of our nation.

The Media and Trump: A Dangerous Symbiotic Relationship
Tumblr media
The media and Trump have undeniably played significant roles in shaping the political landscape and the state of democracy. However, their relationship has been far from constructive. In this article, we will explore the reasons behind Trump's reluctance to join debates and the media's failure to challenge him effectively. Both parties have contributed to the erosion of democracy, and it is crucial to address these issues head-on.
The Media's Love for Sensationalism:
The media, like a train wreck, thrives on chaos and sensationalism. Unfortunately, this has resulted in a focus on the negative aspects of humanity, neglecting the importance of highlighting the good. This trend has been decades in the making, with the media capitalizing on the ideal time in history to sow doubt in the minds of the vulnerable and neglected. Government, business, industry, and individuals have all played a role in perpetuating this cycle in the pursuit of power, money, and control.
Wealth Disparity and Questionable Leadership:
It is disheartening to witness the immense wealth disparity in our society, with a small percentage of the population holding more wealth than 90% of Americans. This raises questions about how unqualified, unpatriotic, and questionable individuals have been placed in positions of authority and influence by governments. Both sides of the political spectrum are to blame for this, as Trump himself acknowledged the Republican party's susceptibility to manipulation.
The Power of Ratings:
Trump has tapped into the power of ratings, which has become the lifeblood of media and the root of all evil. While money may be the driving force, it needs the soil of ratings to thrive. The media has inadvertently fueled the rise of Trump and those who aspire to be like him. As long as his antics bring in ratings, the media will continue to air them, perpetuating the cycle of train wrecks. This symbiotic relationship has allowed Trump to make a mockery of everything he touches, further endangering democracy and our way of life.
The Need for Media Course Correction:
The media, in all its forms, could have been a true ally for democracy. However, it has chosen chaos, misinformation, propaganda, disinformation, deception, and manipulation over truth, justice, the rule of law, ethics, and morality. It is disheartening to see that the media has nearly given up on humanity. The urgent question now is whether the media can course correct. Can it challenge those who have declared war on our democracy? Can it stop the ship from sinking, a ship for which it has drilled holes?
A Call for Serious and Adult Conversations:
While getting Trump to the debate stage may provide some entertainment, it is essential to challenge all those who are destroying our country and democracy. Blame falls on both sides, and it is time for a no-nonsense, in-your-face conversation about implementing real change and improving the lives of all citizens. Foolishness will not be tolerated. The media and the American people are ready to meet any challenges head-on. It is time to act, and the choice is yours, America.
Conclusion:
The media and Trump have had a detrimental impact on democracy. Their symbiotic relationship, fueled by sensationalism and ratings, has contributed to the erosion of truth, justice, and ethical journalism. It is crucial for the media to course correct and prioritize the values that underpin a healthy democracy. Only through serious and adult conversations can we address the issues at hand, challenge destructive forces, and implement real change for the betterment of all citizens. The time for action is now.

Title: Unmasking the Illusion: Both Political Parties' Betrayal of Communities of Color
Tumblr media
In the intricate tapestry of American politics, a disheartening truth stands bare: the two dominant political parties, once hailed as pillars of democracy, have betrayed the very communities they were meant to serve. The disillusionment runs deep, as wealth, dreams, hopes, aspirations, and livelihoods of communities of color have been sacrificed at the altar of political expediency. The allegorical "mage cult" of power-brokers and influencers wields their sway, and it's communities of color which bear the brunt.
Tumblr media
The transformation of the Republican Party, once a bastion of conservative ideals, into a harbinger of hostility towards communities of color is a sad reality. With a relentless series of attacks, they have consistently targeted the very essence of diversity which defines America. Their plunder of resources from underserved communities, leaving them underfunded and underrepresented, is a gross injustice which perpetuates systemic inequality.
However, let's not be swayed by a mirage of virtue from the other side. The Democrats, too, must account for their actions or lack thereof. Their complacency has been a catalyst for the emboldenment of the Republican establishment. Failing to hold their counterparts accountable for abuses and negligence, they have allowed a cycle of wrongdoing to flourish unchecked. They cannot claim innocence or pride when their silence amplifies the cries of communities of color seeking justice.
Tumblr media
The 14th Amendment, a beacon of equality, must indeed be invoked. It stands as a reminder which those who fail to honor their constitutional commitment should face consequences. Those who aid and abet those who perpetuate inequality should not be immune to accountability. This is not about partisanship; it's about holding all representatives responsible for their duties to the people and the Constitution.
But the path towards rectification is not an easy one. To hold these individuals accountable requires a collective effort from every corner of society. Grassroots activism, engagement with local politics, and demand for transparency are all essential components of the journey towards a more just and equitable future.
Tumblr media
In a democracy, power rests in the hands of the people. It is the power of the vote, the power of assembly, and the power of speech which can dismantle the illusory walls erected by the political elite. Change is not a gift; it's a pursuit, an arduous battle for justice which communities of color have been waging for far too long.
The challenge before us is to rise above the partisan divide and recognize our shared humanity, not party affiliation, should drive our actions. The dream of a nation which truly lives up to its ideals is not lost; it's a goal which requires our collective resilience, our unwavering commitment, and our demand for a political landscape which serves all, irrespective of the color of their skin.
In the end, it's not just about saying "What say you, American?" but rather asking ourselves, "What say we, Americans?" Together, we must forge a new narrative, rewrite the script of our nation's story, and ensure the dignity, rights, and aspirations of communities of color are no longer trampled upon by those who claim to represent them.

Addressing the Recent Jacksonville Shooting: A Call for Accountability and Change
Tumblr media
In the wake of the tragic shooting incident which unfolded in Jacksonville, the nation is confronted with a stark reminder of the virulent hate which still plagues our society. The heart-wrenching loss of innocent lives at the Dollar General store serves as a chilling testament to the deeply ingrained racism which continues to rear its ugly head in the United States. As the details surrounding the incident unfold, it becomes evident the responsible parties extend beyond the individual behind the trigger.
Law enforcement officials have unveiled a disturbing trail of evidence which reveals the shooter’s abhorrent ideology of hate. The manifestos he left behind, addressed to his parents, the media, and federal agents, lay bare the roots of his malevolent motivations. Bluntly put, this act of violence was driven by racial animosity; a repugnant manifestation of the shooter’s loathing for Black individuals. It is a painful and undeniable truth which we must acknowledge and confront head-on.
Tumblr media
In times of crisis, leadership plays a pivotal role in shaping a community’s response and fostering healing. Unfortunately, the leadership demonstrated by Governor Ron DeSantis and his legislators in the aftermath of this tragedy has fallen woefully short. The blood of innocent Black and Brown lives now stains their hands, a result of their inability to effectively address the systemic issues which enable such hate-driven acts to occur.
The question on every American’s mind is how the perpetrator, who had demonstrated dangerous tendencies and was on law enforcement’s radar, managed to acquire firearms. This breach in the system’s safeguards demands immediate attention. We must reflect on the glaring gaps which allowed someone with such clear violent inclinations to have access to lethal weaponry. The failure to prevent this incident exposes a profound flaw in our approach to gun control and law enforcement oversight.
Tumblr media
Furthermore, we must question the suitability of Governor Ron DeSantis to hold public office, let alone aspire to higher positions. The 14th Amendment, designed to protect equal rights for all citizens, should serve as a reminder those who contribute to a culture of hatred and violence should be held accountable. The echoes of history remind us leadership which tolerates or fans the flames of racism should have no place in the corridors of power.
To ensure this reign of terror does not persist, we must collectively demand a comprehensive reevaluation of our societal norms, our law enforcement practices, and our stance on gun control. The resilience and strength of a nation are not solely defined by its successes but by its ability to learn from its failures and adapt accordingly.
Tumblr media
The time for complacency and empty promises has long passed. The innocent lives lost in Jacksonville and countless others across the nation deserve more than thoughts and prayers. They deserve systemic change, a commitment to dismantling the structures which allows hate to thrive, and a pledge to hold leaders accountable for their failures.
As we mourn the victims of this senseless act, let their memory serve as a catalyst for the change we so desperately need. The path forward is arduous, but it is one we must traverse together if we are to honor the promise of equality and justice for all. Only then can we hope to truly heal the wounds which this tragedy has exposed and work towards a future where such heartbreak is but a distant memory.
We can, we must and we will improve the financial lives of the working poor, full-time working homeless, middle-class and the most vulnerable of our society.
