One day, i had this idea of picking up an old unfinished melody i had written years ago and made a song out of it. I wanted to write a happy, catchy easy listening song about a girl, not a girl in particular, but just a pretty woman. Let’s say it would be about that special stunning, beautiful and gorgeous girl that would make my heart beat like no other. You know the kinda girl whom makes you happy for no reason, because you know she’s the one for you. Y think she’s the prettiest in the world and you love her and she happens to love you too. Nowadays, everyone wants to get the milk for free without buying the cow. You know what i mean. Don’t you? The first time i heard Little Richard, it was the song Ready Teddy and i thought this was something else. Believe it or not, Richard Penniman aka Little Richard is the one who made me write my first song ever. I liked the little breaks he used to put in his songs (I’m referring to Long Tall Sally, Rip It Up, Ready Teddy, etc) and the joyful and happy lyrics. So, i came up with Just Have Fun. Little Richard. He had a unique voice with a unique sound and a unique and colourful character.
