Physique Update: September 3rd This picture was taken in the morning. I didn’t eat before the workout for the physique update. I usually eat my NoFat Greek Yogurt, Banana, Apple, Almonds, Raisins, and Water w/ Chia Seeds w/ Omega 3 Fish Oil 1000mg one hour before my morning workout. My back acne has been clearing up a bit more with this lean bulk. I’ve decided that I’ll most likely continue being on a +200 to +500 Calorie Surplus until maybe 6 months from now. So around March I’ll be at a deficit, and give myself 3 months to get shredded and be ready for Summer June :) These are my daily nutritional intake: 2,592 calories Maintenance Calorie Total Fat 54g Carbs 364.5g Protein 162g As you can see lighting is very key in having a “good picture”. As you swipe, in my opinion the body looks worse because of the lighting. I wouldn’t wanna promote unrealistic gains so I’m posting it to show for it. But irl I’m really liking how I’m looking. I think for my next update two-three days before ima cut salt intake in order to not have as much water weight. Don’t know too much on how effective that is, but I’m learning as I go. I had a great time yesterday. I was so busy that I didn’t have time to write this. In all honesty, In the morning I was feeling suicidal. It’s funny how the day that followed were a chain of events that were a rollercoaster ride. I upped my bench, and pressed 60 lbs on each arm (120lb Total), I got asked out by una exotica, recorded a song with my dawg skrap and Rey in 30 minutes, got pulled over by detectives (wrong place, wrong time) and made it out clean while we had shit, ate right, connected with someone on an emotional level and ended the day with my good friend and his girls. Had the liqqy and smoke on rotation, ya digg. I technically stay up a whole 24 hours, which if you know me I NEED my sleep 😂 all in all it was a great day. What a flip in my outlook on the day. Kid Cudi - Day ‘N’ Nite (Crookers Remix) If I’m correct I first heard this when I was around 10. An older guy from a family friend put me on Kid Cudi, now that I think about it, these were one of the few songs if not my first that made me shift my opinion on hip-hop/rap. I loved this party feel, by just putting on a pair of Headphones I felt like I was in another world, a different feeling. Growing up I knew I was influenced by my brothers taste in things. He didn’t like hip-hop and didn’t like things like chuckeecheese so in turn I missed out on stuff like that as a kid since his dislike turned into my dislike. Physique Update: August 1st Just finished leg day, and here’s my monthly update. Been consistent with the diet. Always ate my required micronutrients and barely had any cheats. This month I’d say I had 4 cheat days. Ate Quesadillas from Taco Bell, a mcchicken and pizza from dominoes. If I cheated, I always made sure it was through a calorie surplus NOT a deficit. Although I’m lean bulking, it’s not a cut. Finally forming the muscles through the nutrients I’ve been lacking all these years. It’s getting harder yet easier to eat. Gotta go on autopilot with my mouth and not think about what I’m eating when eating.
