Boyfriend! Yuji who is actually unbearable to text sometimes, but in an endearing way. He puts heart emojis at the end of every sentence and you can’t understand a single word he types.

Boyfriend! Yuji who will hold your hand everywhere no matter what. Who cares if his hand is sweaty and gross?

Boyfriend! Yuji who is visibly jealous anytime anyone else talks to you (including your friends), but he never talks about it. He thinks it makes him weird.

Boyfriend! Yuji who can’t be more than five feet away from you at all times.

Boyfriend! Yuji who gets so excited when he can do something for you. You can’t open something? He’s sprinting across the room to open it for you. You’re out shopping? He’s carrying all of your bags for you, no questions needed.

Boyfriend! Yuji who refuses to let himself get genuinely angry at you. And if he is, he will never take it out on you. That would make him feel so much worse.

Boyfriend! Yuji who loves chill nights in, but would much prefer going out and doing something. Take him to a park for a picnic and then you can time how fast he can run a mile. Or you could go to a concert, or a festival or some sort, or play basketball, or soccer, or—

Boyfriend! Yuji who does everything he can to cheer you up when you’re upset.

Boyfriend! Yuji who rubs it in Nobara’s face that he got a partner before she got a did.

Boyfriend! Yuji who loves how much his family loves you.

Boyfriend! Yuji who will kiss you anywhere at anytime. He doesn’t mind if you’re still in public.

Boyfriend! Yuji who always walks you to your front door.

Boyfriend! Yuji who will show you off in any situation. Even if you’re half asleep and in sweatpants, he’s still going to tell the nearest person all about how cool you are.

• Will wake you up to bounce ideas off of you. Doesn’t even care if you give him feedback - he just wants to yap about his thought process.

• doesn’t cook often but is surprisingly good at it. That is… when he’s not too lost in thought… good thing he keeps a fire extinguisher in the kitchen…

• he doesn’t sleep very often, but once the sleep deprivation starts getting to him, he can get a bit clingy. He needs convincing to slow down and get some rest, but cuddles are a good method.

• likes to closely observe you, taking in all your details. He knows every intricacy of your being. He always notices instantly if anything has changed.

• likes to play games of luck with you, since strategy games against him are pretty much useless and he knows this.

• a sore loser. Pretends to pout to make you feel sorry for him. He’s childish and he knows it. Then again, the pouting usually ends up in him getting a forehead kiss, so… maybe he’s onto something…

• Again, will wake you up at stupid hours of the night just to have your company. somehow he finds his way into your room even when you lock the door… but of course, he’d stop if you asked him to.

• can occasionally be found in a dark room with headphones on blaring the loudest most chaotic noise possible. Also likes 2000s scene pop.

• if not the chaos music, he is also fond of ocean sounds… that is, until he gets so absorbed in it that he feels like he’s drowning and freaks himself out…

• likes puzzle games like sudoku or crosswords. He frequently sends you his latest records and challenges you to beat his scores

• goes through your spam emails and cleans it out for you.

• yes, he will buy you pads/tampons if needed. He doesn’t see what the fuss about it is.

• seems a bit distant, but you better believe he gets secretly anxious about you. When you’re out late, when you’re sick, when he doesn’t know where you are, if youve been sleeping or eating properly… it’s not that he’s a control freak, he’s just overly concerned for your well-being.

• is either calm and collected or acting as if somebody is dying. There is no in between.

• too much caffeine knocks him out.

• Enjoys flustering you on purpose, finding it cute when you get slightly embarrassed. Only about trivial things, though.

• is a good listener. He adores hearing you talk, and all the things you could possibly say. Be ready, though, sometimes he asks a lot of questions.

• the type of guy to actually stop tickling you when you say stop.

• watches tv with you but ALWAYS falls asleep halfway through. He’s basically never made it through a movie without falling asleep. Though, it’s usually only for a few minutes. He pretends he didn’t.

• his ears get red when hes embarrassed.

• is always hungry. Will 100% be a snack buddy at any time you want, just say the word.

• doesn’t understand insecurities you have and actually is surprisingly uplifting when you’re upset.

• he likes to buy you stuff to spoil you.

• gets irritated when you spend your money on useless stuff. “You coulda just asked me, Yknow…” // doesn’t pay you back when you go off by yourself.

• holds things over your head in a teasing sort of way.

• laughs around you

• enjoys resting his head in your lap.

• he once claimed to be allergic to dogs just to avoid going to your friends house with you. Lies.

• Shares his sweets with you, but he gets another dish for you, not really liking to share the same dishes/utensils.

• if you meet eyes from opposite sides of the room, he will wink at you. Every time. It’s a bit funny. Sometimes he ends up making himself laugh doing this.

• sometimes when he thinks no one is watching, he will be muttering to himself until he makes himself laugh.

• can’t stand getting a stomachache. He is such a baby deep down. In fact, nobody knew this about him until there was you.

• plays minecraft with you. Sucks at survival mode for some reason. Immediately built a castle out of pink wool after discovering pink sheep exist.

• is very grateful that you put up with his quirks. He knows he can be hard to deal with. He apologizes a lot.

• Goes on park dates with you. Mostly enjoys messing with the ducks. Does not enjoy getting chased by the geese.

• hides behind you when he sees a bee.

• his hands are very soft and gentle. He has the softest most careful touch of anyone you’ve ever known.

• uses a disproportionate amount of emojis. He only uses them when messaging you, though.

• play fights you when things get too quiet.

• Unexpectedly very emotionally available.

• doesn’t really like pet names, but sometimes calls you buttercup.

Scaramouche x You

It took a while for him to even understand what he was feeling. For the longest time, he just thought you didn’t annoy him as much as everyone else. After suspecting it might be a spark, he decided to research and try to understand it better.

His touch is gentle, comforting, you can tell he values you simply in the softness. He’s not the most physical, but he does reach out to you to feel more grounded. You make him feel real.

He can be quick-tongued, and make passive aggressive comments without realizing that they could be hurtful. He is quick to pick up on your reaction though, and he tries to make amends. He will always admit when he is at fault and sometimes goes a bit overboard in trying to fix it, unsure how humans usually go about righting wrongs.

He knows what you read online. Occasionally he tries to imitate it… not understanding the true concept…

He asks a lot of questions, really wanting to know you thoroughly.

He remembers everything. It sounds sweet, but it’s a bit unsettling at times. He tries to come across as caring but it can be a bit intimidating at times… poor scara

He pretends to be annoyed by nicknames and calls them stupid, but he’d just about die if you stopped doing it.

He’s surprisingly gullible so long as you say “it’s common for human couples.” Since he wants to try to be romantic for you, he’ll try almost anything you say. Please be careful with this, though he won’t admit it, he gets embarrassed easily.

Maybe he doesn’t think to give you his own coat, but he will buy you one, as well as a backup in case you lose one of them.

Because he knows you like to have things that smell like him when he’s away, he sleeps with stuffed animals to make them smell like him before giving them to you. (Besides, if you give them back to him, then they smell like you~)

He collects flowers on his travels and presses them in books for you.

If you’re ignoring him, for whatever reason, he will blow a little gush of wind in your face to get your attention.

He likes listening to your heartbeat. It brings a calm sense, and it’s unfamiliar to him, since he lacks one himself.

Tries to write you poetry. He is really bad with words. It makes him angry that he doesn’t know how to properly vocalise his feelings. He hopes learning how to give good hugs can make up for it.

I don’t know his character THAT well (I’ve spent 4 years goofing off instead of following the story 😅) so here’s some randomness I came up with!!

◦ Enjoys watching people’s faces go confused when he flips from being serious to joking.

◦ Some part of him longs to know what a true human experience is like - something he mocks simply because he envies the seemingly ‘carefree’ mindset that many humans have. At least… they think more simplistically than he does - and that’s something he wishes he could try from time to time.

◦ He cares much more deeply than he knows how to show. He gets offended when he hears others insult people they don’t know well - as people tend to do with him for being cold.

◦ Sometimes when he’s alone, he tries to mimic silly little things he’s seen people do in an effort to try to have fun. It almost always ends up with him giving up and mumbling something along the lines of “humans are stupid.”

◦ (He secretly enjoys it though)

◦ He doesn’t know what to do with children. He feels awkward around them. For as much as he knows of the rules of humans, small humans seem to find ways of defying all of them. What confusing, disorganised things… he’d still go out of his way to help them, though, even if they do annoy him.

◦ His hands are almost always cold, though theyre soft and gentle. His touch is oddly comforting, like ice on a wound.

◦ He has sensitive feet and hates when little pebbles get stuck in his shoes. He’s prone to getting disproportionately upset over it. Don’t laugh at him, he will not take it well.

◦ He keeps his nails nicely manicured. If one breaks, he makes the rest match.

◦ He doesn’t quite understand the concept of romance… but he’d be willing to try and learn, if the appropriate circumstance came about.

◦ He pulls grass out of the ground when he’s bored.

◦ He likes to spy on people when he’s got nothing to do and enjoys silently laughing over their stupidity. He feels cynical doing this but considering it’s not hurting anyone, he thinks of it as a meaningless way of passing the time.

◦ While he generally remains relatively expressionless, he tends to smirk with only his eyes when he’s amused.

◦ He’s a huge hypocrite. He’d let himself be roasted on a stick before admitting this, though.

◦ He likes befriending wild animals. Don’t tell anyone.

◦ Also, he’s ridiculously overprotective, though he doesn’t understand why he is this way.

I’m going to be getting into cosplay soon, RIP to my bank account 🥲

I’ve had a few ideas for adding fun changes to characters. I thought of making a Prince version of Killua (hxh), a fem Hisoka (hate the guy to pieces but the character is charactering), or like Howl… but upgraded…

And of course I have like a bajillion other ideas but those are my favorites so far.

Ooh, a prince/ouji version of Venti (genshin) would be sick… right? I dont know I need opinions hahahaha
