1. Will Wood, They Might Be Giants, and Doechii.
2. Vending Machine of Love by the Stupendium, Birdhouse in Your Soul by TMBG, and Vampire Reference in a Minor Key by Will Wood.
3. Will Wood’s “In case I make it,” TMBG’s “Flood,” and the soundtrack to Kentucky Route Zero.
4. Touch-Tone Telephone by Lemon Demon.
5. I love jazz and weirdcore. Basically, I’ll like the music if the person making it is a bit of a freak.
6. My favorite decade for music is probably either the 80’s or 2010’s.
7. I play piano, clarinet, flute, saxophone, trumpet, and various percussion instruments. (I was a band kid in my youth.)
8. I LOVE singing, especially now that T has dropped my voice significantly.
9. I’m okay about dancing. It’s a lot harder to do now that I use a cane, but when I was a little bit better put together, I’d cut a rug.
10. I much prefer singing.
11. I have written a decent amount of music. Mostly arrangements though.
12. The ability to feel through however the writer felt is what makes a song great.
13. Lyrics are one of the most important parts of songs. They define the song and the message.
14. I enjoy classical music, especially preformed live.
15. Cecily Smith by Peter Friedman and I’m Going to Go Back There Someday from the Muppet Movie.
16. I associate Valentine by Laufey with my wife.
17. I’ve been to more concerts than I can count. Not even cool stuff, mostly local bands.
18. I own some MCR vinyls, and a couple MCR tee shirts.
19. I own a lot of vinyls and CD’s. I’ll always be a physical media person.
20. I LOVE playlists. I make one for everything.
21. My favorite music video is a video a friend of mine made to Frog on The Floor by 100gecs.
22. Does the Muppets count as musical artists? I’d like to smoke with Dr. Teeth.
23. Embarrassingly, I was miserably attracted to Danny Elfman, specifically because of Elevator Man for a short time.
24. I’ve been into music since I was young, but I started on bluegrass and country.
25. I have more alt taste, but I can appreciate the mainstream.
26. I once got into a strong worded argument about Legally Blonde the Musical, if that counts.
27. I don’t care about the Grammys. I’ll be happy if someone I like wins, but it’s just a shiny piece of shit.
28. Neither. I don’t put my trust in what other’s think of media. My opinion of it is the only one that matters to me.
29. Yeah. I can enjoy a good beat and rhythm, even if I don’t understand the lyrics.
30. I REALLY like Will Wood. So probably him.
31. I hate a lot of stadium country artists (Morgan Wallin, Luke Combs, etc.) They’ve turned the genre into a mockery of what it once was.
32. Stadium country. It’s country for bootlickers and rich fucks.
33. I made an arrangement of Valentine by Laufey for my wife once.
34. I listen to music constantly. I can’t live without it.
35. Yeah. I need the music.
36. I don’t think music can be a bad influence.
37. I can’t answer this fairly. I don’t pay attention to the music scene enough to know who is under or over rated.
38. Same for this one.
39. I like weirder music, but Oingo Boingo and Lemon Demon are probably high on the list.
40. I love Jesse Welles’ music, but for some reason the song “Fear is a Mind Killer” sounds off to me.
Some music asks hehe 💖🎶

Tips for Being an Agere Caregiver
⭐️💫⭐️💫⭐️💫⭐️💫⭐️💫⭐️💫⭐️💫⭐️💫⭐️💫
Being an agere caregiver is a role filled with love, patience, and understanding. Whether you're new to agere caregiving or looking for ways to improve your caregiving skills, these tips will help you create a safe and supportive environment for your little one!
Communication: Communication is key in any caregiver-little relationship. Create a safe space for your little one to express their feelings, fears, and desires. Encourage them to communicate openly and assure them that their thoughts and emotions are valid and respected.
Embrace Play: Play is an important part of agere caregiving. Engage activities that help with imagination and creativity. Join your little one in their favorite games, participate in imaginative play, and be an enthusiastic playmate. Remember, this is a time for bonding and building happy memories.
Practice Patience and Understanding: Being patient and understanding is essential in being a cg. Your little one may have moments of frustration and tantrums. Stay calm, validate their emotions, and provide reassurance. Understand that their needs may vary day-to-day, and flexibility is key in providing the support they require.
Set Clear Boundaries: Establishing clear boundaries is crucial for both you and your little one. Clearly communicate your expectations, rules, and limitations in a loving and age-appropriate manner. Consistency is important for creating a sense of security and structure in their world.
Provide Comfort and Security: Create a nurturing environment by ensuring your little one feels safe and secure. Offer comfort items like stuffed animals, blankets, or their favorite toys. Develop routines that provide stability and reassurance. Show affection through cuddles, gentle touches, and warm words of encouragement.
Practice Self-Care: Being a caregiver requires emotional and physical energy. Remember to take care of yourself, too. Prioritize self-care, maintain healthy boundaries, and seek support from other caregivers or communities when needed. Taking care of your own well-being will enable you to provide the best care for your little one.

Friendly reminder that your regression is still valid if you can’t fully regress or if you go long periods without regressing.
Your regression is still valid if you don’t use pacis, bottles, sippies etc while little
Your regression is still valid if you don’t want a caregiver or if you prefer to be alone while regressed
Everyones regression is different and valid <3

The Super Easiest Ways to Feel Little
(Absolutely Zero Gear Required)
🍊 use your non-dominant hand!
Whether it’s using a fork or brushing your teeth, using the wrong hand will make your tasks a little more difficult, like you’re learning them for the first time!
🍊 use both hands!
Like holding a cup or carrying things around, sometimes little ones need to be extra careful not to drop things <3
🍊 try it a new way!
Walking around? Maybe you could skip! Or only step on the white tiles! Or carefully step over the concrete lines! Little ones are so creative, they can turn something simple into something super fun
🍊 give it a voice!
“Well hello Mr. Fork, how are you doing today?”“Very well, thank you, Mr. Spoon.” No toys, no problem! What do you think your comb would say if it could talk?
🍊 no erasing!
Write/draw/journal with something that can’t be erased, like a pen or a marker (sharpies are my favorite!). The mistakes don’t matter, so if you mess up, keep going! Can you fill the whole page?
Age Regression is not about the objects you have, it’s about reclaiming the mindset of curiosity and healing the part of yourself that finds joy in the little things. <3

Basic Paci
- Take a part all the pieces (The handle, base, button, and nib) *warning the handle is very sensitive and prone to breakage, if not handled with care*
- Now wash each individual piece with hot water and dish soap (avoid soap heavily scented)
- Now let all your pieces dry either pat dry with a clean towel or let air dry
- Once all the pieces are dry you can carefully reconstruct your paci

"Excuses" that I've used for my Little Gear since becoming a Regressor:
Pacifier: It was a joke gift from a friend.
Teething Ring/Chewlery: It helps my anxiety. I have a habit of chewing my cheek. I like the sensation of biting.
Stuffies: I really like this character/animal.
Kids Toys: I used to have this toy when I was little. I used to love these toys as a kid. I've started collecting them.
Dips: I don't like stopping on long road trips. I get anxious about accidents when I get stuck in traffic.
Sippy Cup/Bottle: It's more fun to drink out of than regular cups.
Kids Coloring Books: They're more fun than adult coloring books. I really liked this show/character as a kid.
Baby Plates: It has my favorite childhood cartoon on it. I hate when my food touches.
Baby Foods: I wanted to try it. I loved these as a kid. I used to eat them from my younger sibling when they were babies.
Onesie PJs: I get really cold at night. I think it's cute on me. I love this pattern. It's comfortable.
Anything along the lines of "I thought it was cute/cool" or "I have younger siblings/cousins" also works too!
At the end of the day however, why you buy something shouldn't concern others as long as it's safe for you and makes you happy!

Agere Self-Care Tips
Since agere is mainly used for mental health and trauma, we often forget to take care of ourselves and even when we do remember, it can be hard to do it 'cause it feels like we gotta do a lot. But in reality, we don't have to! These are some small ways to do self-care without having to use a lot of energy! If you also have tips, please add them! Since being big can take energy out of you on its own, try being Little while doing self-care, since you're more likely to see it as a game and can even add a reward! Face: -Use makeup wipes with aloe and/or a soft moisturizer in it! This can help with keeping your face fresh and can help with dryness (along with sensitivity if you have it). -Just using a warm, wet rag can help with cleaning your face and getting rid of dead skin, just remember to be gentle as too much rubbing of the skin can irritate it. -Use baby lotion or just soft smelling lotion to help with dryness! Helps with keeping the skin moist and it smells so good!! Teeth: -When brushing your teeth, make sure to at least floss and use toothpaste. While mouth wash is important, flossing is also important and is needed for healthy gums. -If you can't use toothpaste, just floss and use mouth wash. Hair: -Try to make sure to at least comb your hair and use dry shampoo if you haven't washed it. Combing your hair is important for its health just like washing it and getting rid of knots just feels nice in general. -Try using a hair mask, some need to set in your hair and you can do other things while waiting for it to be absorbed into your hair. Body: -Use deodorizing wipes and get the important parts mainly (under arms, crotch, ETC)! -Use baby lotion, good for the skin, smells good, and it can help you stay smol longer! -Use soft smelling fragrances that way it doesn't overwhelm you and helps with making you feel good! Food: -If you have kids' plates and utensils, use 'em! -While eating a big filling meal is important, eating anything is better than nothing- -Make sure to at least add the stuff your body needs, anything that's small but has the nutrients and vitamins that you need is great!! -Try to eat a warm/hot meal if you're anxious or just not feeling like yourself in that moment, it helps bring you back to the moment and not focus on anything else for now! -If you don't feel like eating a big meal, use those small dinners that are cheap and can be cooked in the microwave. -Make your food fun!! Make different shapes with sauces and/or make your food look cute in some way! -Treat yourself with a small dessert! You deserve it! Drinks: -If you've got it, put your drink in a cute cup or sippie! -Try to drink something with water in it (tea, juice, ETC)! -If you can, try to drink at least one cup of water! Hydration is important! -If you wanna drink something else, but also need water, take a drink of water and reward yourself with the wanted drink! That way, you're rewarding yourself in a small way! Exercise: -Wear cute clothing if you've got it! -Stretch!! It feels nice and it'll help you relax!! -Yoga? Great! And it's less effort if you're doing simple ones! -Reward yourself after a stretch! -Make it a game! And if you want, have someone join you! Much more fun that way! Meds: -Put stickers on your med box, decorate it and help it remind you that it's there to help you feel better! -Add a piece of candy with your meds! -Set a reminder like an alarm clock to help you remember!! Extra Ideas: -Make a agere box or an anti-anxiety box for yourself! Decorate it and have it somewhere where you can easily access it! -Cuddle and talk about your feelings to your stuffies! They're there for you and love you!! -Make a agere journal and use it to help with your agere! Remember to be kind to yourself!! Doing little things instead of big things doesn't mean you aren't worth it!! You're valid just like everyone else!!

Remember that your regression doesn't have to look a certain way, and it's okay if some of your behaviors seem more "adult".
It's okay if you talk or type like an adult while regressed.
It's okay if you swear while regressed.
It's okay if you like movies, shows, or games meant for adults while regressed.
It's okay if you like to/are likely to regress while high.
It's okay if you like to cook for yourself while regressed.
It's okay if you still function just fine as an adult even while regressed. It's okay if your regression is subtle and nobody can see it because you act a certain way. Your regression doesn't have to look any type of way, so long as it works for you.
