Without the sciences of skeletal frame and muscly sinews, the art which is the tactile flesh of any design responding to human senses doesn’t have any inherent power or ability

It’s the seamless weaving of form, and feel, and of simultaneous technological function which is the magic of architecture requiring the spectrum of human abilities of all of the arts, all of the sciences, and everything between

Without the structure of science of construction, the magic of the art of architecture implodes, as sadly happened with some of the modernist utopian designs of the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s

Exactly why a construction design team needs to be a team of differing talents: the breadth of approach necessary is far wider than any individual ego

Apart from how, the question is why ?

If personality disorder leads anyone to feel bad about others being able to upskill for productive employment, or be angry at travel beyond convenient surveillance, disingenuous gossip is used to incite jealousy of false privilege, or to fabricate tales of wealth that aren’t true

Quite often, attitudes will change after initial warm welcome, as if “something has got into the water”, which is when obsessed followers have found who to spread malicious rumours to. Work activities have been falsely reported as wealth when unfortunately not, I’ve heard and denied rumour to deaf ears many times

I’ve experienced reversals of warm welcome at multiple home and work environments, signs of vicious jealous personality disorders collaborating with other unable people via social connections, and most dangerously via social media where gossip of false fat spreads far wider and faster than previous generations experienced

I’m sorry to all who have been misled out of NPD conditions of jealousy and hatred of self sufficiency, and witness the disabling of otherwise useful contributions to society

For construction projects up to the 1980s, and occasionally today, the architect is directly appointed to the client, and responsible for certification of staged payments for construction work from client (eg federal NHS or corporate Google) to construction firm (eg Laing O’Rourke or Lendlease). The architect is responsible for approving payments from client (whether government or commercial firm) to construction firm, but never ever holds the money

Typically since the 1980s construction projects are design and build, where the architect is sub consultant to the construction firm, similar to a small project where the builder will design for his customers, except that a large construction will require the construction firm to appoint teams of architect and engineer staff

For design and build projects the architect is only design staff, without even sight of the payments from client (eg federal NHS or corporate Google) to the construction firm (eg Laing O’Rourke or Lendlease). The employers agent (typically a project manager) is responsible for approving staged payments for construction from client to construction firm

All readings of apartment blocks as supposed wealth are actually false. I was employed at the council for £160 per week, with colleagues we designed council accommodation for the elderly at Chequer Street, Colwell Court, and Quantock Court. All is property of the council, who rent the apartments to council tenants at affordable rents. I don’t have any connection to the addresses at all, and haven’t had any connection at all since being one of the numerous council employees who organised design for construction of the council facilities using council coin and financial donations from developers of adjacent private estates.

Unfortunately, those who smoked false reports have clung to their false allegations, and avoided enquiry as far as they possibly could. I’m sorry to all who were misled, you now know who to disbelieve of 150 reported locations where I don’t have any connection except for being employed.
