Johnny Depp Vs. Amber Heard Settlement Agreement 2022.

On December 19, 2022, a settlement agreement was agreed on from Amber Heard’s team. Her insurance (still in legal suit against another insurance co. Amber had) has agreed to pay Depp $1 Million, finally settling the long, tedious legal battle that finally came ahead during 2022 this summer in Virginia.

 Both Amber Heard, her team and Johnny Depp and his legal team have dismissed their appeals after the settlement agreement. I saw a lot of twitter threads and articles for some reason marketing this as a win for Amber Heard, that the verdict was thrown out because of the settlement and that Amber is free to speak the same defamatory statements she’s made on Johnny in the 2018 OP from The Washington Post and it’s clear that people are purposefully lying to their followers and readers on the facts of this announcement for the settlement, what it means for this case and the current and final verdict for the defamation trial that took place this year in Viriginia.   

For those that still believe Amber and are still for some reason thinking she actually won the trial, she didn’t. This case cannot be re-tried, and the current verdict stands that Amber defamed her abuse victim, Johnny Depp and did so with malice. She cannot repeat any defaming statement she’s made on Depp in the past, if she does then she’s opening herself to another lawsuit for another defamation trial, so if she repeats her false statements in the press, on social media, in literature, in interviews, etc then she can and will be sued again. Freedom of speech does not mean free from consequences; it does not cover you when you purposefully lie on someone publicly and in doing so ruining someone’s reputation. She lost her defamation case due to actually defaming her victim and doing so with malice.  

Her paying out the settlement that her insurance agreed to does not vacate the verdict in Virginia, so please do not believe fake attorney’s and fan pages that can’t take 5 minutes to google what a verdict is and how settlements work or what they mean to the winning party.

If you don’t know the details on the verdict or the evidence then i suggest looking through the trial completely. It’s all there for the public to view on YouTube and the Virginia Court site online, Depp won because he was able to prove he didn't abuse this woman, Amber won 1 count because of Adam Waldman statement that was not proven completely in the trial because he also blamed the publicist and her associates in helping her start and enact this hoax from the beginning. HE NEVER ABUSED THIS WOMAN. The info we have now, you should update your knowledge on the case if you’re gonna keep throwing that Judge in the pocket NGN’s biased UK verdict around all the time.

Uncomfortable truth: The reason some people are unhappy with the outcome of this trial is not something deep and meaningful, but something superficial. Something Johnny Depp's attorney Ben Chew touched on. Imagine if the shoe was on the other foot. Who would you believe?

Amber Heard wrote this op-ed and made these accusations at the peak of the #MeToo movement. She became the new poster girl.

This was a time when wealthy, respected men in positions of power were being outed as abusers, lecherous slobs who had their way with women and exploited them.

Amber Heard saw an opportunity, and she took it gleefully, because the reality was the exact opposite - in this story, the beloved male public figure was the victim. And that just doesn't send copies flying off stands, does it?

Is Amber Heard a victim?

people will spin the wheel as much as they can to get their desired result, Amber Heard has to be shown as a victim or all the money and time people spent praising her will be for nothing. Most of the public turned on her due to her own testimony on the stand, exaggerated accounts with no medical records to back her claims (she never signed her HIPPA form so those were never brought in) and photoshopped pictures she had the nerve to upload multiple versions up of the same pictures for different dated incidents she claimed had happened. 

The trial was televised after it was requested and granted by the previous judge that was on the case, it was to allow actual transparency between the court and public so everyone could see everything without the need for MSM misconstrue evidence and testimony to the public.

I understand a lot of people are worried about the implications of this case on future cases with abuse but people should understand and remember that this was a defamation case that dealt with accusation of abuse from one person to another. If this was a criminal trial and the evidence we had seen during the 6 weeks were used then Amber would still have lost and gone to prison for however long they’d send her....probably for a couple of months due to good behavior. 

A lot of activist and “woke” heads are on trying to find ways to defend this woman and her legal team but it was clear with the evidence she presented she lied to the public. Audio tapes came from her and were played for people to hear, her trying to gaslight people on the stand when we clearly heard her attack Depp on tape and berate him and belittling him to start fights. 

Her expert witnesses like  Forensic psychologist Dawn Hughes and  Dr. David R. Spiegel, unethical behaviors towards Depp was troubling, ignoring physical evidence and diagnosing Depp based off the characters he’s played in film only.....come to the conclusion Depp did it because you watched him in Sweeney Todd?? Ed Wood? Pirates of the Caribbean?? Dawn Hughes use of gender based language and refusing to answer if she’s ever treated hetero couples where the male was the victim of IPV and agreeing Amber has PTSD because she said so? incorrectly use your testing forms, didn’t vet to see if anything amber said was true to you from previous behavior from her personal doctor? 

Her medical records she claims were not admitted into evidence? therapist notes that were hearsay and could not be used in court, she has yet to supply her legal team with her actual medical records to show medical treatment for her alleged physical injuries. 

Amber Heard had her acting coach testimony that was previously used in the UK trial play in court, her coach said she can’t cry when acting and unfortunately for Amber, allowing this in actually worked against her. Amber’s testimony was uncomfortable for me to watch, not because of the sexual assault she claimed but odd details random things that had nothing to do with her injuries but how obvious it was that she was lying. She didn’t cry, she couldn’t cry, she wiped her face repeatedly while no tears flowed down her face. She made the faces you make when tears are to come out but nothing flowed out, her constant touching, rubbing of the eyes and face seemed like she was trying to create irritation to create tears for her testimony.....was a strange thing to watch honestly. 

After her testimony, her credibility was completely destroyed and she did that all to and by herself, not because she spoke for abuse victims but because she lied and couldn’t keep up with her lies anymore. Most of the public have shown their disgust and distain for Amber Heard after her testimony and did not hold back from the online roasting of Amber Heard, it was much and many but so were the roast of the men accused of abuse during the height of #metoo with no complaints before.  

 I’ve seen a lot of articles online labeling this trial as the end of #metoo, devastating to other abuse victims and will silence them in the future if they speak out against their abuser(s) but when you ask these people how does that happen you get blocked or harassed by checkmarks. Nothing about this case will change anything regarding #metoo, it is exactly like it was before this trial, ran by those of the Hollywood powerful and used for profit. The right for abuse victims to speak out will still be here, all it’s done was put a little light on male abuse victims and hopefully, starting the conversation in hearing their stories.

Justice has prevailed - Justice for Johnny Depp.

Depp won on all counts against Amber Heard, Amber won on 1 count in her counterclaim pertaining to Adam Waldman statement. Depp was able to prove he was defamed by Amber Heard, proved he was an abuse victim and not the abuser that Amber and her friends that created photoshop evidence suggest. She lost, no matter what people say now, she lost using the fake evidence she used to supply NGN with in the UK. Her evidence was looked over and analyzed, shit was called out during direct and cross and was shown to be photoshopped. You also have the 4 police officers and body camera video, the building staff, no medical records from AH team and her throwing them under the bus when questioned on why some of her evidence was not admitted. People need to start asking questions about the UK trial if both had the same evidence then what gives? it can’t be Depp is a powerful man bullshit anymore, people need to accept that the woman they’ve been supporting for all these years is an abuser of mental, emotional and physical abuse and issue some apologies to many that publicly supported Depp or even questioned Amber’s tall tails of stories she’s been spinning in the press for all these years.

Ok, so I've been trying to eat healthy for a little bit. Got this white egg, avocado on wheat bread with tomatoes and spinach - 410 Cal from Panera. (its 390 on the site but app on my phone says its just slightly higher than listed).

Tasted great but for some reason my mind was trying to reject myself from eating the sandwich and started making me gag.  There was nothing wrong with the sandwich, had flavor and was pretty filling but it could be how everything was mushy making my mind want to gag it out of me.

I’m trying to eat as healthy as possible, got a Half Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT (also from Panera) for lunch and that’s at 430 Cal. (put it at 442 cal on the Lose It app).

i also go a fruit cup for a snack after lunch and that’s just 60 Cal. (same on the app)

Dinner is just Half Caesar Salad with Chicken at 230 Cal. 

Total calories intake 1,152 calories, is this actually healthy? is this on a good start or am i calculating it wrong as healthy? would like some help with this so if you have any advice, recipes I could try that’s low calorie and taste good (not cardboard good but actually good like real food good) then send them my way.

I have many questions for those who still believe Amber Heard.

1. How do you explain the audio recordings wherein she admits to abusing Johnny?

2. Why, on these recordings, is she so upset about Johnny leaving? Surely if he was abusing her, she’d want him to leave.

3. Why does she not mention him abusing her in these recordings? Not even when he talks about her hitting him?

4. Why did she lie so much? It’s been proven that she’s lied about every incident of abuse. Why? If she was genuinely abused, she’d have no reason to lie.

5. How do you explain the body cam footage showing an undamaged condo and an uninjured Amber when Amber claims that Johnny had just beaten her and trashed the condo?

6. How do you explain Amber’s complete lack of injuries on the James Corden show when she claimed that Johnny split her lip and almost broke her nose the day before?

7. How do you explain Amber’s complete lack of injuries in the pictures of her leaving Australia when she claimed that Johnny beat her and dragged her through broken glass?

8. How do you explain why her stories kept changing?

9. Why is Johnny the one with documented injuries, not Amber?

10. How do you explain that Amber has a history of domestic abuse, with multiple victims, and Johnny doesn’t?

11. Why didn’t Amber donate the $7m? It can’t have been legal fees; she had at least a year, if not two, to donate before Johnny brought any legal cases. So why no donations?

12. Why did Amber lie so much about donating the $7m? Including under oath?

13. Why did she lie about Johnny being controlling over what she could wear? There are many pictures of her in revealing clothing when she claimed Johnny wouldn’t allow her to wear revealing clothing.

14. Why did she lie about not being allowed to drive her car? Not only was she photographed driving the car many times but she actually got a ticket doing so.

15. Why did she defecate in Johnny’s bed?

16. How do you explain Amber’s complete lack of injuries in her coachella instagram posts the day after she claimed Johnny beat her?

17. Why did Amber get iO to phone the police instead of doing herself?

18. Why were the police called twice?

19. Why did Amber’s friend lie about being the one to make the second call? The caller, who sounds very much like Rocky Pennington, said she was downstairs in the building where Amber lived but the friend who said she made the call was at an outdoor film that evening.

20. Why did Amber’s parents still tell Johnny they loved him after the claims were made public and admit that Amber had only claimed abuse in order to keep the condos?

21. Why did iO lie about being in LA and seeing the aftermath of Johnny’s abuse when he was in Cincinnati filming a tv show at the time?

21 questions, just off the top of my head. You’re up, Amber stans.
