The way people demonize seagulls is actually unreal. Almost all of their natural habitat has been destroyed (almost all coastal areas have been developed, destroying natural sand dune ecosystems) and they're doing their best to adapt. They're literally just trying to survive. You're in their home. The vitriol some people have for these gorgeous sea birds just because they're not shy about snatching food if you're not cautious is insane

if fire is to gooning what water is to edging, then would the existence of the word "edgelord" necessitate the co-occuring existence of the one "goonlord"?

And with the word "edgelord" in that pun there comes a mental comparison between the sexual meaning of "edge" and the fashion and culture connotations of one deeming "edge"

they should make reinforced cardboard boxes or like metal boxes coated in cardboard (textural reasons) so that I can sit in a nice sized cardboard box and not have to worry about tearing the sides if I want to lean my back against it on rest my legs on the sides
