In my personal experience the first time was the worst. The best advice I can offer is to be as relaxed as possible and make sure to take it slow! Side note: The pain may be there the first 2-5 times depending on your body. And if you’re not “wet” enough do take the time for foreplay!! Having sex when you’re not wet enough will hurt and may cause some tearing due to friction.
