COMMON FEATURES OF A SATURN RETURN

A major life event occurs, followed by a high volume of stress, anxiety, anger, and depression, as you try to cope with the sudden changes it brings. (Examples: Births, deaths, separations, losses, financial troubles, etc.)

You feel as though you should have accomplished more by this point in your life. You feel guilt, remorse, and resentment when you reflect back on the past decisions that got you to where you are now. It is common to feel as though you are ‘behind’ in life when comparing yourself to your more successful peers. You may regret mistakes that cost you time. Or, you may be scared that you missed an opportunity you won’t get back. 

Alternatively, you may finish up something you have been working toward for a long time (probably since your Third Quarter Square). Now that it is done, you feel lost, confused, empty, and unsure of what to do next. 

A period of loneliness, where you feel isolated, detached, or distant from people you were once close to. If it is self-imposed, you want to spend more time alone. If not, it is because you are being seperated from friends, family, spouses, or children, whom you miss dearly.

Your health is in decline, or you are noticing the physical signs of ageing. Not just that - your parents are getting older, your kids are getting older, your pets are getting older, and the gap between you and the younger generation is getting wider every year.

Perhaps in response to this, you are feeling particularly nostalgic, and want to grasp onto your youth for a little while longer. Think of taking vacations, getting tattoos, changing one’s appearance, moving to a new town, or revamping your sex life. Interestingly, in the media there is a “30 year cycle” which coincides with when a generation of people are going through their Saturn Return, longing for media that reminds them of their youth. Be on the lookout for TV shows, movies, and music with aesthetic ties to the years Saturn was last in this Sign. (1991 to 1994)

And finally, you feel pressured, yet driven, to make large, sweeping changes to your life. With this newfound ambition, focus, and discipline, you set new goals and start new projects. You want to make up for your past mistakes, and to regain lost ground. You are excited, and willing to work hard and plan for this next phase of your life.

Welcome

My name is Jaylin and I am a writer.

By that, I mean I turn immediately to books, to a Google Document, and to a paper in one of hundreds of journals I have opened and closed over the course of the past ten years to express unspoken turmoil and delight. The majority of my work remains unpublished, save from the lenghty fanfications that I started at fifteen years old and failed to conclude four years later. Despite so, I harbor a profound fascination of literature, like many who download and scroll through this very app. I seek pieces that will capture me, words that will move me and transport me to realities far from my own.

Like many, for me, writing is an escape. It is a breath of life into words that have the power to construct whatever the sheltered mind desires. Writing is the source of control for those lacking so in their realities. Writing is a place to explore, to form bridges between the real and the fantastical, it is a subconscious connection between foreign voices who share a common passion for art and communication. For me, writing is a beacon of hope, a spark of light in the dark, and an invisible string that ties broken hearts together.

I intend to mold this blog into an encapsulation of my mind's secrets through fiction and reflection, romance and horror, triumph and trial, through words on a page that you may happen to come across. I want to finally share with the world the thoughts that cross my mind consistently, and how they have metamorphosized into the blurbs that I intend to write here.

I hope to create a safe space for all those who fail to find words when the time calls for them. I hope to create a space where people can connect with my foreign world and link themselves to brief sections about heartbreak, happiness, action, fear, adventure, and raw rumination.

To be a writer is to be human, as we all are.

☆ scorpio in the 7th house- usually get cheated on by their partners. Go through Toxic/ narcissistic partners at some point in their lives. 3rd party situations. Partners lying and deceiving you.

☆ scorpio mars- usually center of attention (attention grabber not seeker). Females with this placement tend to attract jealously from their so called friends or just other people in general. Men tends to sexualize them alot, Might have spread rumors about them at some point.

Men with this placement, if underdeveloped, tends to be toxic af. The need to control everyone and everything around them is just awful. Fuck around a lot. Sleeping with different different people.

If developed, good achievers. Very strategic mindset. Usually get what they want in life. Bulletproof mindset. Very good at talking to people but still maintaining boundaries. Loyal.

☆ scorpio mercury- moves in silence. Very strategic and careful. Committed to anything they put their mind into. Always ready to be one on one while fighting. Their way of talking is very intense and mysterious which makes people wanna know how do you think like that. When they say something they really mean it. They take their time. Expects the worst. They figure things out so fast so don't even think of gaslighting them.

☆Scorpio in the 10th house- achievers. From a young age they had an insight of what they will become. Hold power in their work environment. If your a student, your classmates want to steal your notes, they feel envious that you make pretty good notes of whatever you're studying cuz yall go in depth and make pretty good observations of the topics. Authority figures.

☆scorpio in the 5th- gets extreme reactions from people. Ofcourse with any other placements, attracts jealousy. (Bruh I don't get it, what's with the scorpios dealing with alot of jealousy???? Like that's tiring) Grabs attention in parties, get togethers or any form of social gatherings. Might have dealt with people wanting to take your partners. Might have overly strict parents or very fucked up family issues.
