Hi! I came across your Scylla art recently, but I didn't look much beyond it until I got a notification from my reblog and decided to quickly scroll through. Your style is BEAUTIFUL, oh my goodness, I wish I had a better printer so I could stick it on my walls without it being 4 pixels, I will find a way

My inspirations… not gonna lie i’ve been really inspired by artists like nudeerah, littleulvar, asphodelles and- every artist I follow ever honestly! I also did a bit of oil paint so my style got weirdly painterly? over time.

general vibes? no clue, I just want my art to make people smile really!

Hello! I just came across your page and your art is SO GORGEOUS?? I was wondering if u could tell us more about that original story that u posted character refs for a while back. Is the story itself called Verbatim? What genre is it? Is it supernatural in anyway? WHO WAS WRITING THE CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS????? What’s going on in barrensgrave? What can Andrew see? (Ghosts?) Why is Blake so pretty????? I need answerssssss

First of all thank you!! :( second of all wow I never thought anyone would be interested! The story has changed leagues and miles from what it used to be, so although it’s a-little outdated what HASN’T changed is:

- The story name itself is Verbatim

- the genre is more supernatural leaning on horror-fantasy (think resident evil/silent hill with lies of p vibes)

- that’s a secret :)

- the name may change, but barrensgrave was a town that was built in an area that was prone to a-lot of weird occurances

- Andrew’s sort of a strange case now, he can still see strange things (maybe ghosts? Maybe souls?) but it’s just not HIS eye that he’s seeing it out of

- Blake my beloved, she’s getting a redesign where she becomes spooky pretty :D

Unfortunately, I haven’t had much time to work on this story yet. So there’s a-lot of things unanswered, one day i’ll get to it! Thanks for your interest :,)

Art Study:

did a study last year based on the painting “Carmen Aguado, duchesse de montmorency, 1860” by Franz Xaver Winterhalter. Except it was with my own twist using Zara!

this is a theoretical 52 pick-up card deck for a college class of mine! inspired by the campaign I play: "Soulbound." it's based on Here to Slay and of course D&D
