what i’ve learned from ed tumbrl
1. a moment on the lips, forever on the hips.
2. feet together, thighs apart.
3. skip dinner, wake up thinner.
4. resist is better than regret.
5. eat in private, wear in public.
6. eat small, stay small.
7. think skinny, stay skinny.
8. you can’t have carbs and a hot girl summer.
9. fat lasts longer than flavor.
10. nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.
11. junk food you craved for an hour, or the body you craved for a lifetime.
12. do not reward yourself with food. you’re not a dog.
13. suck it up now so you don’t have to suck it in later.
14. eat clean, look lean.
15. to not be embarrassed to ask and employee for your size
16. losing weight is hard. being fat is hard. choose your hard.
17. do it for the after selfie.
18. you already know the taste, why eat it?
19. it’s better to be covered in sweat in the gym than it is to be covered in clothes in the beach.
20. hot skinny summer bodies are made in the winter.
21. maintaining is better than gaining.
22. you can always be thinner, look better.
23. skip dinner, wake up thinner.
24. eat less, weight less.
25. everything looks good on skinny people.

1.  Push ups (at least 7 kcal per minute)

Diferences between anorexia and arfid (avoident restrictive food intake disorder)
Basically both of the eds avoid a lot of food groups for exemple: group of meats, the difference between them is that people with anorexia avoid certain groups of foods because of the calories they have, in another words: they do this for the "looks", to "be skinny", while people with arfid avoid certain group of foods because of some sort of trauma, for exemple: when they were kids while eating they chocked on a sausage and in their minds its not a safe food to eat anymore, so they avoid anything thats something like it (group of meats for exemple). So we can conclude that arfid can come from a traumatic experience (but it’s not proved exactly where it comes from) and have nothing to do with the persons look while anorexia dosnt come from a traumatic experience, it can be developed as an unhealthy coping mechanism also, and its about the persons "look". Also people with arfid don’t have a lack of body image issues differently from people that have anorexia.
