In the Lone Star crossover, Buck makes a comment about the high humidity, right, right??

And we saw that in Buck Begins he lived in Florida to be close to the ocean, right?!

That means he probably went to live near Miami to go to Miami Beach. And as someone who has first hand experience with Florida climate, it is humide almost every day!! Florida is quite literally a SWAMP!

Humidity is a given, which means he probably made that comment as a joke. He probably did it to make Eddie and Hen laugh after the long drive from LA to Texas. Especially if they were about to step into a very serious and potentially dangerous wild fire.

I just really like to idea that Buck makes jokes in times of possible danger to make people feel happy and less on edge. 😋😁

Yo, it would be so cool if someone wrote a Buddie fanfic based off the song 'Escape (The Piña Colada song)' by Rupert Holmes. Like imagine Buck deciding to write a letter in the newspaper - maybe as a dare from Chim- and Eddie being an old man, sees it and responds. They meet up and it's like "hey..." and it's so awkwardly funny.
