Psychology says, success starts when you are done comparing, complaining and blaming.
I'm special there are some around me who call my complaints something totally different! ha ha ha and yes I feel very blessed!
Success is compatible with all 3 of these activities. Comparing can spur you on to greater efforts, complaining is kinda fun &, as long as you don’t take all day about it, won’t get in the way. Blaming others for the mistakes you made ain’t nice but it won’t harm your career
