Despite being on hiatus, I'm still reading fics on my down time and thought I'd show writers some appreciation by reviewing and reblogging their content. Feel free to follow my side blog. It's going to be filled with fics from the MCU, supernatural, and GoT fandoms

I’ve created this blog because all writers deserve a little appreciation. I’ll be reading, reviewing, and rebloging all the fics that I read and love. I will, however, be sticking to the fandoms I really know (Marvel, GoT, Supernatural)

So I wasn’t really sure on how to feel about the ending of Endgame. On one hand, Steve deserves to find his happiness after all that he’s been through. On the other hand, Steve is abandoning Bucky to find his own happiness. 

But after thinking it through and hashing it out with my friends, I support Steve’s decision to pursue his happiness. One thing that really made me make up my mind was what my friend said to me. Loving your friend and your significant other is completely different. You have to have some give and take from either end and you usually sacrifice more for you lover than you do your friend because it’s a different kind of love. 

Also, I firmly believe that Bucky would have supported Steve’s decision. If it were me and my best friend had to opportunity to find their happiness, I wouldn’t stand in the way. 

But on another note, I found an EW article where the Russos confirm that Bucky and Steve talked about it before Steve did anything. Here’s a snippet of the article. 

The Russos confirm — Bucky knew. When Cap was preparing to for the trip, which is only supposed to last a few seconds in the main timeline, his old friend from Brooklyn gives him a surprisingly heavy farewell.

Somehow, he was aware that Cap was going to live in the past, and it’s probably more than just intuition. “Especially when he says goodbye,” Joe explained. “He says, ‘I’ll miss you.’ Clearly he knows something.”

TLDR; I support Steve’s decision

FIRST LOOK AT CAPTAIN MARVEL!

Thanks, Entertainment Weekly for our first proper look at the new Captain in town! I must say, the Skrulls look f*****g brilliant! I’m kinda glad they took the make up route over motion capture - it’s a nice break from the heavy use of mo-cap.

Did you guys notice Ronan, and Korath as part of the Kree squadron? Exciting stuff! It’ll be weird seeing things from the Kree’s perspective, but it’ll be interesting to see a pre-zealous Ronan leading Carol into battle.

Overall, I’m super hyped! The costume looks great! What do you guys think?

Going on hiatus

Hello my wonderful followers! I would like to first and foremost thank you all for following me on the journey that I’ve had here. It was quite an experience posting fics and making gifs and interacting with all of you guys. I’m sad to say that I’ll have to go on an indefinite hiatus due to starting grad school. But worry not! I will queue things occasionally and maybe write a chapter here and there? Anyway, thank you all!

It goes by really fast in the movie, but when Proxima shoots Wanda and Vision out of the sky, Vision reaches out to grab Wanda as they’re falling, flipping them over to take the brunt of the fall and protecting her head his hand (while Wanda is softening their landing with her magic).
