My pepper sauce review because I love hot peppers So Fairway made this whole big article about this hot sauce having the Carolina Reaper as the main ingredient and it being so hot. First off they really need to have the Scoville heat index on all hot sauce bottles, as most bottles are all hype with little heat. This sauce was a let down in that habanero are the main ingredient and I don’t notice any reaper in it. The sauce has a good flavor but when it comes to heat I would say it is slightly lower than habaneros, not that big and scary. Most certainly not what they say about having the hottest pepper in the world in it.
