Help me decide what to do lol

I’m in a stupid fellowship for my job. There’s now only one other person doing it with me, who we’ll call Program. Program is a full time employee and arguably my supervisor, I am very part time. We have the materials 75% done, I’ve checked in with Program multiple times and every time she’s said she doesn’t need help, and most recently said that she had finished the materials. She had not. She is now on vacation and will be until the meeting we’re presenting at, but she will respond to texts. We got an email from the people running the fellowship asking if we’re okay and whether we are going to be at the final meeting because they haven’t gotten our materials. I’ve gotten 3 different pieces of advice but idk what to follow:

1. Ask for a template from someone and then finish as much of the materials as I can and send them in. Don’t involve Program at all

2. Email the people running the fellowship to say that I will be at the meeting in person and I hope they’ve received the materials from Program (to indicate that this is her thing)

3. Reach out to program to say “hey I can’t see the finished materials, could you send them to me?” Or something along those lines (there is a possibility that I’d end up having to do 2 any way here)
