i feel as though marc and rocket would eventually get along really well. as soon as they realize they have 1 anything in common theyd be besties. i feel like marc would like rocket's sense of humor and rocket would appreciate anyone appreciating him, and especially not looking down on him for being a talking animal. marc's had enough experience w talking animals that he knows to respect them normally, if anything moreso, by instinct lol

marc would be weary enough to ask him abt his "powers" or whatever and rocket, despite not having any, would be flattered enough to give him a chance. if anything, their first interaction would be decent and long enough for a little click of friendship.

in the first movie rocket tells peter to get this guy's prosthetic leg for his "plan" to escape prison and although thats kinda insensitive, rocket most likely is just unaware, and i feel like marc would have found that funny, having experience with that kinda stuff and either not realizing that rocket is a dick or feeling guilty abt finding it funny

steven would probably be afraid of rocket, then interested in him, and probably prod too much before realizing he could be being a bit disrespectful of rocket's boundaries. i feel like steven would put him on a pedastal at first which rocket would *think* he'd like but turns out u shouldnt do that guys wtf XD

headcannoning peter has his own rules of common sense which *mostly* follow earth rules but also theres quite a few not.

he's just like, too normal for the space guys and too weird for the earth guys. someone get him and steven in a room together pls itd be so yap 4 yap

i just feel like shit could get out of hand w him and steven (in a good way) where in like, it could start out as like an admiration-from-afar type thing from steven (and probably marc too) cause starlord might look like he just has his act together and has all these cool found family guys on a team, and my boys would probably be very intimidated at first and stay a little far away yk.

but then like if he ever did get a moment alone w starlord shit might go off the rails immediately. like, the conversation would be awkward but one of them would casually mention some nerd shit theyre super into and the other would latch on and itd go from there for like hours.

and i could imagine a story where it happens this way bc even if marc was fronting at the time of being alone w starlord, steven would want to front upon hearing the aforementioned nerd shit anyway.

and i think starlord might be a little suprised abt the multiple identities thing at first fs, def be awkward w it for awhile, but hes such a nice dude and hes dealt w so much crazy alien shit that i feel like itd not even be that big of a deal for him.

id imagine marc would appeal more to starlord's "human" side like, typical bromance but w a bit of adoration from BOTH sides (i think starlord would fall for marc's "edginess" lol).

and although idk much abt jake yet (im uncultured), ive heard and can imply he's like the protector, while i kinda get aroace vibes from him, i could see him slowly letting his guard down- that sort of thing.

evolution

ive been thinking for a long time now about what exactly evolution looked like for humans on a small scale. if we did have sentience as far back as they say, then what did those humans think of the ones who didn't die? and, of course while watching a Jacob Geller video, I realize it must have been mutation. Evolution is always framed as this profound, clean, noble life essence but, what exactly it is always remains undefined. But the more I think about it, the more I realize that natural selection must have seemed like illness or disability to those early humans. For example, humans are afraid of the dark. Humans, for awhile, must have been going around getting eaten by things in the dark that jumped out at them. A new human must have acquired this fear via nurture and/or nature, and they must have been seen as crazy by most other humans, or at least by some of them. Maybe they realized this fearful human was right, maybe they all died out until all that was left was the fearful human's offspring, but either way, they must have been crazy. How may this apply today? Does it at all? We now pave the way for our own evolution, but who is doing the work?

TERRIFYER 3 WAS ASSSSSS IM SO SADDDDD (˃̣̣̥ᯅ˂̣̣̥)

and its like, it sucks more cause theres certain parts of the movie that I LOVE and then the rest sucks so baddd. i LOVE Art, they absolutely did not do him dirty, and the actor slays so hard (in fact im wondering if he actually went to clown school cause hes a damn good clown), and the dream sequences go SO HARD, the creative direction with those are so fucking slay in every movie, but then the script is SO CHEESY and the horror is just goreeeee [CRIEZ] . The worst part about the script being plain bad is that I at least know the actor who played Johnathan and i know hes GOOD, like i LIKE him, but in this movie he SUX cause the script is shitty and he delivers it. like, the actors serve, but they serve a shit script! IM SO SAD (╥﹏╥) ... parts of it were funny tho thats fs, some of that clowning had me gigglin n shit. the double take he does when he sees santa and when the kids overwhelm him in the mall is perfect XD

addendum: i DO like it, though. like, i dont think its a like, *good movie* but i still like it a lot :)
