I love all the Magnus archive fanfics but I have a little personal pet peeve. Why often in fanfics John has all of his superpowers but Martin doesn’t… the man is an avatar, he was the watcher at the end of mag, he was easily on the level of Jude with his invisibility and eye is found of you thing. I just feel that if John gets to have powers in time traveling aus Martin should to, and let us never forget who wanted to kill Elias more. If they time traveled Elias would be brutally pipe murdered from behind by Martin half covered by the lonely in 5 seconds.

So all that said why is it so important for people if something actually happened or not?

I just started Modes of Thought in Anterran Literature and I am obsessed.

But it got me thinking. I always loved mitchology and I tried to explain why to my friend a number of times but they just don’t get it because for them there is no reality in it but for me it created a whole civilization it shaped art and understanding of a whole bunch of people throughout time and space it’s fascinating.

But now that I listen to modes of thought I feel the same fascination as when I listened to people talking about mitchology or literature. So maybe it doesn’t matter if it was or wasn’t real.

Because for people 1000 years in the future our history and mitchology and fiction will be one and the same or maybe it’s just that reality is scary and I need to escape.

So can we consider that maybe Lina actually got what she always wanted, maybe this position was a sort of I can’t quit until I find a replacement sort of thing and now she is happy to not be involved anymore, eating cake and drinking fine wine with her wife in some cottage core adjacent place near the seaside.

The only thing you need to know about Gabe and BB to fully get their Whole Deal is that they have done the most depraved, horrendous, mind-melting shit imaginable that no human could ever physically or mentally withstand often after doing some kind of Looney Tunes-adjacent war crime and their first kiss was at a table in a diner with the shades drawn.

I was thinking about why Gabe was mad at bb for kissing them around the time the podcast started. They kissed before (a lot) and I thought ok maybe after the poison incident in the 50s Gabe stopped all the well, kissing, which is probably what happened. Maybe it was also about the fact that before it was officially only sexual but that kiss was intended to be romantic which solves the problem of the drama there.

But then there is the problem of the new years kiss in eve 6, which was suggested by Gabe. So my idea is that that kiss for Gabe was meant to be a goodbye. Gabe probably knew that they will see each other in Jerusalem but the end was coming so to hell with it all, he let himself have the last goodbye. Then however Mike and Sufie happened and Gabe realized it’s maybe not the end quite yet and because they are so scared of being happy they decided to freak out.

Maybe, that’s a theory, I guess.
