one of soap’s greatest accidental discoveries is the dark shade of red that colours ghost’s face when he blushes.

he doesn’t even particularly remember what he had said to elicit the reaction—only recalls the way the endearingly deep tint had even creeped past the edges of ghost’s balaclava before the lieutenant ducked his head and changed the topic.

as great as the initial discovery is, however, soap is left with questions. he wonders how far the blush goes. he wonders the exact pattern it stains ghost’s pale skin, wonders how warm ghost’s face grows beneath its prickle.

but with the discovery now made, it becomes his mission to see it as often as possible—and hopefully one day, make ghost blush with his face uncovered, just so that soap could map the colour along with freckles and beauty marks and commit every aspect of ghost—simon—to memory.

i can’t find that reverse trope list but no one being convinced that ghost and soap are dating

the fact is just… beyond them. they flirt all the time, they’re always in close proximity, honestly they’ve possibly even kissed in public despite rules in fraternization—yet no one believes they’re dating. not even price or gaz.

apparently they seem “incompatible”—whatever that’s supposed to mean.

soap jokes that the ghost must be incapable as such a thing as romantic relationships. ghost jokes that they must be too straight.

but whatever. if it helps them to stay out of trouble in the long run, then what the hell. even if it’ll take a lot of convincing that they’ve been dating by the time a wedding inevitably rolls around.

Hi! First and fucking foremost, I love your artstyle, it's so good, and I love your art style. I while back, is stumbled accross your Chris Price comics, where Christopher Price was the son of Captain price from a past mariage that went sour. And honestly, Chriss has not left my mind since. I was wondering if I could maybe borrow him for a project that is mainly still a brain bunny. You see, I have an idea for a series of fics about the next gen of the 141 growing up as teenagers. Starring Rodey Sanderson (half sibling of Roach), Nikita Garrick (gaz baby sister), Joseph Riley (ghost's nephew (who is actually a canon character, but I have essentially made him my oc)), Bonnie MacTavish (soaps cousin), and Sergei Makarov (Vladimir makarov's son, who later gets addoted by Nikolai). I really love your character of Chriss Price, and I would love to eventually write him as being part of the group.

I just love him and the story you gave him so much. I feel so much for the boy and god damn I would love to write him! (you don't have to, please don't feel pressured to. he is your character.)

Listen guys. Soap making Ghost an advent calendar with every day being a small trinket with a note. And day 1 has just a bottle cap with a note: "Picked it up on our first mission together". Day 5: bags of Ghost's favorite tea "I memorized your favorite pretty quickly Lt."

He gets something every day, but there are days with things that make something in Ghost crumble.

Day 10: A bottle opener. "I snatched it from the bar the first time you agreed to go for a drink with us."

Day 15: A hand written cookie recipe. Soap's mom's handwriting. "I would never guess you liked baking, but I knew from the start that my ma' will love you."

Day 20: A small sketch of Ghost's face "I have memorized your every freckle".

Day 23: A bullet case. "I survived because I have you to take care of"

Day 24. A ring " Simon, will you marry me?"
